PC Cheese

PC Mozzarella cheese is delicious whether you are having a snack with or without crackers. I use it shredded to go on top of my homemade pizza. It has the best consistency for being stringy.

PC cheese is good quality and always a great price and the mozzarella is no exception. I use it for everything and am confident of the quality. Other similar companies cost much more.

The presidents choice mozzarella cheese is not very good at all. It is rubbery and very imitation cheese flavour tasting. I would spend the extra few cents on the good stuff

This is a must for me as i tend to make a lot of pizzas and menus called for mozzarella. It is also lovely grated over lasagna or spaghetti. I also love making buns etc.
