A nice pick me up between meals or to start your day

I received this product for free for testing purposes from chickadvisor. I'm not huge on the texture however I find all protein shakes to have kind of a gritty texture. The flavour is good the chocolate one was my favourite and it really did give me a pick me up in the morning before work or in between meals. I found with drinking these I didn't get hungry as fast as I normally do.

This had a taste like chocolate milk! It wasn't too strong for being a protein drink but it also wasn't too sweet. The amount that comes in the carton is perfect and just right. It suppressed my appetite and kept me feeling content for a couple hours. I have used this is a snack, and as a supplement to my workout and they have worked well in both situations. It tasted unreal served cold and I would not hesitate to buy this again! YUM!

Yummy chocolate protein shake!!

I was thrilled to have the opportunity to try this yummy chocolate protein shake. It was very similar to chocolate milk but with lots of additional protein. I have tried it before and after my workouts for additional energy and nutrition boost. Very easy format to carry around. It doesn't need refrigeration till you open it. The chocolate Premier Protein Shake was overall good. The first two sips were a bit chalky, but then went down smooth and was delicious. Even my kids are fans! Yay

Chocolate Premier Protein Shake gets the job done

I included this in my vanilla protein review so I'll put it here too: Let me start this off with saying that I have tried MANY protein shakes and powders, and have a shake once a day. I had the vanilla first and was very impressed with the flavour and texture. I found the chocolate to have the same easy to drink texture, but the flavour wasn't quite there for me. It was drinkable and still decent, but kind of like watered down chocolate milk. Pretty much comparable to when I mix my chocolate whey protein powder with water, which was a little disappointing because I was expecting a bit more from this one being prepackaged and more expensive.

The macros are good and it's nice that it's portable because then if I'm in a hurry I don't have to worry about washing my shaker bottle out - I can just toss this container away. However, most of the time after my workouts I come home afterwards, so considering these are around 3x more expensive per serving as my regular protein powder, I don't think I'd make the switch. But I would definitely keep some of the vanilla on hand for days when I really need that quick on-the-go shake, but I think I'd probably pass on the chocolate for personal taste. However, I was thinking if I dropped some instant coffee into the container and gave it a shake, that might be delicious!

Usually when i buy protein shakes they have a taste that i cant take.But whem i drank this it was quite tasting and i felt really full from drinking it.I must say has a great texture as well.I will be getting this again

Super boisson protéinée

J'ai testé la boisson premier protéine gratuitement. Ma saveur préférée est celle au chocolat.Cette boisson aide à réussir ses objectifs de consommation de prot par jour. Pour moi, réussir à atteindre la consommation journalière de protéines est très difficile. Avec cette boisson, je réussi et je ne dépasse pas ma consommation journalière de calorie. Car, cette boisson contient peut de calories à comparer aux autres produits compétiteur sur le marché.

A second chance with chocolate

I appreciate the nutritional value in these. Only 1 gram of sugar and just 160 calories! I took the Premier Protein Shake in Chocolate to enjoy on my morning walk.

I liked the flavour much better than vanilla, but I still detect an aftertaste, although it is not as strong. Despite the nutritional benefits, I will not be purchasing this flavour in the future. I am open to trying one of the other flavours, like caramel or strawberry, should they become available in Canada.

Tastes like liquid pudding with 24 vitamins and minerals

I was really excited to receive this free from Chick Advisor as I love chocolate and I love a good protein shake. However, I'm not in love with this flavour, it tastes like liquid pudding, but not jello pudding, more like a premixed snack pack. Now if you love that taste, you'll love this. I prefer the vanilla. To be honest, I think both flavours would taste better if they just used sugar instead of sweeteners.

I get that it's a drink geared toward fitness, but so is chocolate milk and milk is loaded with sugar. Advertising 1 gram of sugar is not going to make me more likely to buy this as I'm not in denial of my sugar consumption.

That being said, I would buy and recommend this brand for protein shakes as it is super convenient to have it premixed and I love the cap lid. I can get past the sucralose flavour as I love having a protein filled, vitamin rich snack that I simply need to pull out the fridge to enjoy. It's also available at Costco which is always a win!

Smooth and light chocolate taste

I got this as well as the vanilla one to try for free from ChickAdvisor. After trying them both, I ended up preferring the chocolate one despite usually being more of a vanilla girl myself when it comes to dairy drinks/desserts. It was almost like chocolate cake milk but without being too sweet. I also tried it with mashed bananas, it was pretty enjoyable!
