Felt nauseous

I don’t know if it was a sheer coincidence or the product actually made me nauseated, but from the 2nd week on I did not feel well. I never actually threw up but felt as if I could.

Looked interesting but wasn't worth it

I did not notice much relief from the few symptoms that I thought was caused from perimenopause. I am only 42 years old and I was told by many people that they think that was the issue. So, to be honest this may work wonders when I really need it but if your not yet at that stage of life, don't use it.

Does not help

I took this as directed but unfortunately i didn’t feel any relief for my hot flashes, mood swings. I was hoping for something to help with the night sweats

Did not notice a difference

I took this as directed and did not notice any difference. Maybe it takes longer than expected but I wanted it to work. It would have made such a difference in my life

I didn't notice anything different when I took this product. I may have needed more then a months worth. They only sent me 30 days worth so I can't really give honest feedback.

Ineffective

I have tried this perimenopause support tablet for 30 days. I have not noticed any changes or symptom relief after taking this product. I believe that I would need more time taking this product to see any effects. I cannot say this is completely ineffective, but for 30 days at least there are no changes.

Did Nothing for me

Promensil Perimenopause unfortunately did nothing to help me. The only thing is I had a very upset stomach and horrible nausea. My search continues to find a product that works.

Didn't notice much of a difference

Personally, I didn't notice much of a difference. Even after taking it daily for a whole month, I was still having night sweats. My mood or energy never improved. My hair falls out a lot and I did notice there was slightly less hair falling out. That's pretty much the only thing that changed. This is not a product I would repurchase or recommend.

I took this product for 30 days and I couldn’t tell that I was even taking anything 😏 I do not recommend this product. This product is not effective therefore I do not recommend this product.

Didn’t work for me

I am grateful I was selected to try this product as it was gifted by Promensil USA. I was hopeful it would help with my perimenopause/menopausal symptoms. I understand something’s work better for some and not for others. Unfortunately, I found this product did nothing for me. Still having hot flashes, joint pain, and mood swings. I wouldn’t buy it.
