I didn't experience any changes

After trying the sample of Promensil Perimenopause supplement I did not feel or see any difference in my menopause symptoms or in my skin, hair or nails. I'm unsure if it may be because I have only taken 30 days of the supplement and I may need to take it longer to see a result. At this time I wouldn't recommend this supplement but that may change if taken for a longer period of time.

I think it was a fluke...

So to start out my review, you should know that I was very sick during this time, got better and got sick again with a different illness and this may have attributed to how the product worked for me. I was unable to be consistent with it because I was sick so much, but I tried my best. I was sick in October, got better and a few days later, ended up with the heaviest, most painful period yet since being in perimenopause. I almost went to the hospital but didn't - I think I may have fibroids. Anyway, I took the product as consistently as possible and there was not a very noticeable difference. I really do think that is due to being sick and because my periods are in the process of changing the last little while, so I think that has affected it. I don't know what to say, but I think this is just a fluke and my review shouldn't be taken very seriously. I want to give it another shot, honestly because so much was going on during the time that I used it. I can't recommend against it or for it fairly, but this is my review. The product was easy to use and understand the instructions. I think everyone should try it for themselves before taking my review into account. I received a free product for this review.

Wish I could have taken longer to really see

I received this product in exchange for a fair and honest review. So my one thing is to provide more for you a free sample to truly test the effects. Not enough to observe any changes unfortunately.

I didn't really notice anything besides I was a bit less tired than usual. I was still moody and could not regulate my temperature. I like that it's not a medicine full of chemicals

Not a bad product

I did get relief from some of my menopause symptoms but it also gave me some unpleasant side effects with in the first few days when I first started taking these like I got really painful stomach cramps an then diarrhea but it went away an by taking it regularly my body got used to it an those side effects stopped by the second week, but the price of this product is way out of my budget so perhaps it’s just not right for me but it could be helpful for someone else this is just my opinion on this product after I used it.
Also since this product isn’t covered under my insurance an it’s out of my budget price so I wouldn’t be able to buy it unless it was on sale an I also had coupons for it to make it affordable or free.

Didn’t work for me.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get any relief with this medicine. It didn’t stop my night sweats and I didn’t notice a difference with any of my other perimenopausal symptoms.

Mixed feelings about this product

I used this product for about a month and I was having some symptoms like headaches and nausea. My body didn't react well to this product so I won't be buying it again. Overall, I think it helped me lose a little weight and I was able to take it with light food everyday.

Nice supplement for hair and nails

Nice supplement for hair and nails not so sure about menopause because takes some time to kick in. I only took 2 weeks because make me feel sick. I like that it's made with natural ingredients like red clover, passionflower, biotin, and vitamin D, and that it’s hormone-free but still supports hormonal balance. It’s not an instant fix, so if you're looking for fast relief, this might not be it.

I took these and I still had all the same issues I was thinking maybe it was because of other medications I was taking and maybe that's why I didn't see no improvement. Maybe this would work much better for someone else it really did not help me . I'm glad I was chosen to try this product unfortunately it just didn't help.

Didn't help much

Didn't really help much with my perimenopausel symptoms. I was really hoping it would, but me personally it didn't do much. I just think it's a person to person basis.
