Helped at first.

After the furst week of taking the Promensil Perimenopause, I noticed it was helping with my Perimenopause symptoms that I had been experiencing, like hot flashes and night sweats. I also noticed that my hair and nails did slightly improve. But closer to the end of the month of taking it, it started to ween and wasn't fully helping like it did in the beginning. I think with a little tweak, it would be more effective.

A Simple Step for Stronger Hair and Nails

I’ve been using Promensil Perimenopause Healthy Hair, Skin, and Nails for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed some subtle but meaningful changes. My hair feels a little stronger and less prone to breakage, my nails seem to be growing more steadily, and my skin looks a bit more nourished. What I appreciate most is that these tablets are plant based and easy to take daily, which makes sticking with them simple.

Perimenopause can really take a toll on your body, and it’s nice to feel like I’m doing something proactive for my hair, skin, and nails. I’m giving this product 4 stars because while I’ve seen positive changes, I think it could take a little longer to see more dramatic results. Really helps reducing symptoms.

I have been waking up with night sweats like no tomorrow. It’s absolutely awful. Some hot flashes too. It’s terrible. Most of the women in my family started early. I’m approaching 36 and I think my time is starting to come. I have noticed a decrease in my night sweats and hot flashes. Which is nice. For some reason - and maybe this is common - but when I get the hot flashes it triggers bad anxiety in me.
I also had never been someone who got “moody” around my period, but the past year or two I’ve noticed it causing me to have mood swings more frequently. Being very snappy and emotional. I’ve noticed a decrease in those symptoms as well I was skeptical about this product but had been eyeing it. Happy to have been able to receive some complimentary. I’ll continue using this product.

Pleased

Thank you for the opportunity to try this product. After giving it a full 30 day evaluation, I'll have to say that I was pleased with the outcome. I was pleased with the way it genuinely helped with my night sweats, overall mood and feeling, along with my libido. I will consider buying and starting this again in the near future.

Worked for my night sweats!

This helped some with my night sweats, but I feel like I didn't get to use these pills for long enough to get the full effect. My hot flashes seemed to decrease some as well.

Less hair falling out

After using this for a full month I'm happy with the progress. I've definitely noticed less of my hair falling out. I also have noticed that my fingernails are less brittle. I couldn't grow my nails at all as they were always breaking. Now my nails seem stronger and I'm actually wearing nail polish on them and they look great!
