    No difference

    I took this product as a sample and review promo and honestly it did nothing noticeable for me as far as peri/menopause symptoms go. No adverse side effects but just no help. For the price especially I’d not consider continuing it.

    No Change

    I have been taking one tablet daily and I have not seen a difference. My night sweats are horrible and was hoping this would help with that. This may work for others but not me.
