Doesn't work as well as the menopause one

I really liked the regular menopause formula but this formula didn't give me the relief I was looking for. My night sweats, moods, hair loss and all round perimenopause symptoms haven't changed.

No noticeable Effect

This product claims to relieve perimenopause symptoms such as night sweats, hot flashes, stress, disrupted sleep, and mood changes. After using it for a month, I have noticed no change in symptoms. I was hoping the biotin would help my hair which has been gradually thinning with age, but there was not change there either. Perhaps with longer use, effects would be more visible, but I would not recommend this product based on using for one month.

Did not work for me

I feel it had little to no effect on me. I did not notice any changes in my hot flashes or night sweats. It could just be me, my body doesnt always react to things like it should;

Did not do anything for me

I have been taking for a while. Absolutely no difference for me. I go though everything. It just didn't help me. I would not purchase this. However I'm sure it works on some. It did not for me.

Noticed a difference in some areas but not others

The main benefit I noticed is that my fingernails have grown really fast. I have not noticed an improvement in hot flashes, sleeplessness or anxiety - in fact I've felt like those things were worse.

I tried this product and found that it didn't do anything for my hair but I did notice my nails seemed stronger And grew better. They weren't as brittle. That was the only thing I notice changed while taking these.

Great for skin and nails but that's about it.

I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately I didn't live up to them. It definitely does help with your hair, skin and nails which I appreciate. But, as for the hot flashes, night sweats, hormonal imbalance, mood changes, stress, and disrupted sleep it doesn't help. It actually made my sleep worse and my stress higher unfortunately. It also made my stomach upset when I took it even though I followed the directions exactly. I hope this works for other people because I've been looking for something to help with all these symptoms and I know others out there are looking for something as well. Unfortunately, it just didn't work for me, but I hope it works for others!

Didn’t see a difference

I took the whole package but still continued to be hot at night. I think I almost may have slept a little worse. I also had a heavy late period while on this medication. I like that it’s hormone free and perhaps if there were more tablets in the sample I would see a difference.

Didn’t notice any benefits from this product.

I was hopeful of this but I was disappointed that I did not notice any benefits after using this product and think it would need a longer time period to see any helpful benefits.
