Tbh No Changes

I didn't notice any changes, improvements, or any sign that I was taking anything. Everything stayed the same. I can't give a negative review because there were no negative effects, but I can't give a positive review because I noticed zero changes.

Nice Skin and Nails, Not Much Else

While I need more time to see how it affects overall hormone balance, I'm giving it a solid 3 stars for the immediate perks: better energy and stronger nails.

Unfortunately one month is just not enough time to give it a full glowing review and the results I got are on par with other vitamins I take. I may revisit these a few years from now when I need more hormonal support.

Meh, I didn't notice a difference

In theory this isn't a bad product. It have good ingredients and contains things that could potentially help symptoms of peri-menopause. That being said, I am currently in the throes of Peri and after taking this for a month, have notice no difference in my symptoms. Now, everyone is different, and bodies respond differently, so maybe this is just not the support my particular system needs. I wouldn't say don't try it, just that it wasn't for me.

No Change in symptoms

After taking the product for a month I did not notice any improvement with my symptoms. I still had fatigue with inability to sleep, headaches, hot flashes, and high anxiety. Unfortunately, I didn't see any changes with these. I did not have any adverse side effects to the supplement which was great.

Not a good supplement

I tried this supplement daily but it didn't work . Perhaps only having a 1 month supply wasn't enough but i felt no change. Im thinking they should supply a longer amount for a more accurate review

Did’n’t seem to work for me

I tried Promensil Perimenopause supplements for a month. I did not notice any significant changes to my perimenopause symptoms during this time. I will say that the once a day formula is good. I also feel that the contents of the pill did not agree with me well. I experienced a bit of acid reflux while taking this. I hope this does work for some folks though. The concept is great!

No difference

Sadly after taking this supplement for a month I have not noticed any improvement. Unfortunately there has been no change in my symptoms. The pills are easy to swallow and are easy on the stomach but I was really hoping for something to help with my hot flashes.

I'm not sure it's helping much yet

It's only been a month and so I am not sure if it's really doing much at all. Most supplements need longer I think, so I am willing to give it more time. At this point I don't feel I can give the best review.

No Change Within 30 Days

I have not noticed any changes, neither negative nor positive. Package does say most people won’t notice a difference until between six-eight weeks. This package/trial is only 30 days and is not long enough to actually experience any potential benefits.

Def a small change

Promensil definitely helped take away my hot flashes, which was a huge relief. But I still had noticeable mood swings, and my period ended up being very late while taking it. It worked for some symptoms but not all, so it’s just an okay option for me.
