As someone going through perimenopause, I’ve been able to tell the difference in my skin, hot flashes, mood swings, and irritability. I haven’t wanted to be put on hormones, but (at least for the time being) while on this I don’t think it’ll be necessary. I am 44 years old and am just now experiencing menopausal symptoms. I tried this product with little to no expectations, but I must say it has really been a game changer for me. Well, this was truly a happy surprise. I have tried everything short of hormones and I have been waking up so drenched I truly thought I'd wet the bed...at 44. And it has gotten so consistent I could set a clock by my body. I started to see results with int he first few days and then noticed a sharp decline in night sweats and hot flashes.
