I've only taken this for a month and the packaging said you will notice results after six to eight weeks. I haven't noticed any huge benefits and the price is a bit high so I plan on taking it for one more month and then I'll make a final decision.

I took this for 30 days and not once was I calmer or happier. It does not work and is just another gimmick for a woman made by a man don't waste your money, buy a new lipgloss that will do more for your mental health than these pills.

Be Cautious

I received the Promenail Perimenopause Support Tablets for a one month trial. Unfortunately I could not proceed as some of the ingredients can exacerbate certain female hormone related issues. It was a lesson to always check in with medical knowledge before trying a supplement like this. The up side was that the product was shipped well, packaged nicely and sure to be great for someone else, just not me.

Didn't notice a difference

After a month of taking these I did not notice a difference in my peri-menopause symptoms. I did not notice a difference in my quality of sleep, mood or night sweats/hot flashes. It is unclear if this supplement takes longer than 30 days to be effective, but can say for certain I didn't notice any changes after a month.

If you feel you need it, buy it!

I honestly don't know if I'm in perimenopause or not, but I am around the right age. So I tried this Promensil product provided for free by Butterly. I didn't notice any side effects, but I also don't know if it benefitted me in any way. I guess that means it's very safe, so if you're having perimenopause symptoms, give it a try!

Not Sure It's Worth It

I took this as suggested and really didn't see much of a difference. Maybe my symptoms aren't as advanced to have noticed a difference. I'm not sure. I did not have any adverse side effects.

Works great- but hot

I received this as a gift- and I followed the directions to a t and took it exactly as requested and within 48 hours I felt my moods begin to shift. I did some research on their ingredients and realized one of them mimics estrogen- a hormone that does not agree well with me. I have had many negative experiences to various hormones. I immediately noticed more irritation, although I did feel my hot flashes and other pre-menopausal symptoms subsiding. My sleep felt better, my body physically felt better but I just could not get my mood to follow suit. After the alloted trial time I was sad to stop taking it- because I didn’t want the physical symptoms to return- but slightly relieved because the irritation it caused was often worse then the physical symptoms. I simply believe I cannot tolerate certain hormones - for whatever reason. So I appreciate taking it for the month- and It definitely helped with many of my symptoms- but the way it effected my mood was just too much - so unfortunately I don’t think I will be purchasing or taking this in the future. Maybe if they removed the hormones or supplement that mimics a hormone- it would be something I would be able to take - in the future!

Still not Convinced

Idk if I truly saw a change in my symptoms or if it was in my head. I say that because even after finishing the product I've seen an improvement in symptoms but I feel like its my body leveling out. I probably wouldn't buy this product but I might recommend it to perimenapausal women to at least try it and see if it makes a difference for them or not.

Plant based power

I love that these are plant based pills. I am allergic to Red Dye 40 so I was scared when I saw the pills are red. But it’s from Iron Oxide not artificial dye. Phew! These have really helped my nails grow thick, strong and long. I’ve been very pleased with the results! My hair has grown fast too. I usually have thin weak nails that peel and break easily but not anymore. I do have a sensitive stomach so I found I need to swallow these with a light meal to negate any side effects but I’m sensitive to everything. As far as improving symptoms of menopause, I honestly couldn’t tell a difference when taking them vs not taking them. I felt no improvement with anything other than my nails and hair.

Perimeno-what?

Upon receiving the product, which came complete and sealed, I immediately set about including it in my many supplements. The pill form is easy to swallow. There was no aftertaste after taking the pill. Before taking this product I was feeling the beginning onsets of perimenopause. There were only a few symptoms and not so prominent. I was having trouble sleeping, irritability, and a few hot flashes every few weeks or so. Nothing too much to complain about. The hot flashes were not heavy and so I was able to deal with them when I did have them. I always had a cup of ice water with me, in class, in the car, and at the gym. This helped on those days I had hot flashes. Now, with the product I began taking one every other day for the first week. Then, I began taking them every day at the same time, which was in the morning before I got started. Or if I was unable to that morning, I would take it at night after I had a cup of yogurt. The first week, I did not feel too much of a difference. I still had my hot flashes, but they were just scaled back a bit. The next couple of weeks I noticed that my feet were beginning to swell and I began to feel flutters in my heart. So much so, that I had to cough to get the rhythm back. I have cut back on my sodium intake but had to also stop taking the product for my safety. Those were the only two major issues that I had while I was taking the product. And I was hoping that this would be long-term for me I unfortunately, can not continue to take them. I have not changed or changed my supplements before taking the product. I recommend consulting with the doctor before taking them.
