I got a one month supply for free to try and I was having at least 10 to 15 hot flashes a day I was having trouble with my hair growing out they could always breaking and not going past my shoulders and after one month my hair is growing at least an inch and my nails have growing I've had one hot flash a day if that I feel happy and healthy I recommend every woman in menopause go get this it works. No night sweats. And at Walmart it's not that expensive I'm so happy I found this.

The sample amount wasn't enough for review

After using this product as instructed, the amount provided wasn't enough for a fair review. The suggest time frame is 4 weeks before results, so I did not notice any change.

Helps with hot flashes

I have been using Promensil Peri-Menopause for a month and have noticed positive effects. My hot flashes have decreased so I am sweating less which is great! I would continue to use this supplement if the price is reasonable.

Works Well Enough

I received this product for free to test from Butterfly and while it seemed to help improve my symptoms slightly I didn't have enough time to adequately test its effectiveness. If the price is right, I may buy it to continue trying the product to see if it indeed helps.

I tried this product for a month now and it has really helped with my insomnia. I have been getting restful nights sleep now and it has also helped reduce my night sweats. I have also noticed less irritability and mood swings.

Natural alternative to prescription medications

Natural supplements are my go to. I really do not like taking prescription medications unless it is absolutely necessary. So, if supplements can help me, even just a little, I'm willing to give them a try first!

I am in my early 40's and my hormones seem to be all over the place. Some days I feel great, other days it is a chore just to get motivated to do much of anything. My joints hurt, my mood swings are all over the place, my weight is the highest it has ever been and the fatigue can get overwhelming at times.

Each package contains 30 tablets. The serving size is 1 tablet per day. 1 box = 1 month supply.

Typically, I tend to avoid tablets because they seem to make me queasier than any other form of supplement. To combat pesky perimenopause symptoms, I was still willing to give them a try!

I didn't detect any unpleasant smell or taste. For tablets, they were still easy to swallow and didn't feel like they were getting stuck in my throat.

I like the combination of vitamins that are included in this supplement. (red clover extract, passionflower, biotin, and vitamin D) Red clover extract is well known for its hormone support benefits.

When I first started taking these, they did make me a little queasy. Over time, that seemed to gradually reduce.

It's been one month since I started taking these. No noticeable results yet but I will continue taking them as I know it can be weeks, if not months, before you start seeing results. It even says right on the package that it may take 6-8 weeks to see results. So, if you are looking for a quick fix, this definitely isn't it!

Promensil Pre Menopausal: I have not observed any noticeable changes yet, as I have only been taking the medication for less than a month. I appreciate that it is formulated with natural ingredients such as red clover, passion flower, biotin, and vitamin D.

I received Promensil Perimenopause for free to try and I didn't really notice a difference I still sweat like crazy on and off for no reason. I added with all my morning vitamins but overall I didn't notice anything.

Easy to take

These perimenopause supplements are pretty easy to take, if a tiny bit on the big side. I do kind of wish they had a gel coating but I didn't have any trouble swallowing them.
