I'm happy to be able to try promensil I'm not sure I honestly can feel or see results I'm going to continue using it and see how it goes no negative effects

Worth a try

I started using Promensil Peri Menopause about a month ago, I like that it’s plant-based and uses red clover isoflavones instead of synthetic hormones. It’s not an instant fix, but after consistent use, it may make a real difference. Definitely worth trying if you’re going through peri-menopause and want a natural option.

Similar to other perimenopause treatments

Promensil helped to alleviate some of my perimenopause symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings. On the other hand, it did not have a significant impact on all my symptoms.

Have not felt a difference

I can't honestly say I have felt an improvement in any perimenopausal symptoms or physical improvements with my hair, skin or nails, despite finishing the box.

Did nothing

This unfortunately did nothing to help with my pemrimenopause systems. I took them like the package suggested daily. I really wanted these to help but they did nothing.

Relief

I finally have some relief from my perimenopause symptoms. This is lessened my hot flashes and night sweats. I take it daily and have had great results. I feel less restless at night, and am able to get better sleep

Easy to Take

I tried Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablets and didn't really notice much of a difference in my perimenopausal symptoms. The pill itself has an unpleasant aftertaste and along with not feeling different after use, It seems like it's not for me.

Strong nails

My nails are so much stronger 💅 and my hot flashes have definitely improved 🌸
I didn’t notice much difference with mood or stress, but overall it’s a nice natural option if you’re navigating perimenopause!

Promensil

After trying Promensil for a month, I don't think I'll be using it again. The first week was really rough. I didn't like how it made me feel (always took it before bedtime in case of side effects) because I became super dizzy and sick to my stomach. Maybe it's because I don't have peri menopause like I believed!

Other than the side effects, I did notice a bit of a change. My hair became shiner and softer. My nails less brittle! That's always a plus in my books! And the taste wasn't gross either! I'm sure this will work better for those that actually have peri menopause! I hope it does. It just wasn't right for me!
