I had no negative side effects from the product therefore I would say it is a decent medication. On the other hand, I did not really see any change in my restlessness, sleeping or hot flashes, maybe it is too soon for me and I am not at this stage. I just did not see any change either way.

I am unsure if this product worked. On the directions it says you will notice a difference in 6-8 weeks. I only tried it for a month. I'm willing to keep trying it to see if there is a difference or not

Good product

It seemed to help with mood a bit but the hot flashes are horrible still. Not sure there’s a natural way to stop nature but it did seem to help a bit with the mood.

Stronger nails smoother skin

Love, love, love these I would say take it with food I did it without it, and it made me feel a little nauseated, but other than that they are easy to swallow, and gave a little boost of energy and helped me focus a little better my nails felt harder which is great I highly recommend 10/10

This stiff helps to keep those pesky hot flashes and night sweats at bay! It does take a week or so to really see a difference but it does help alleviate them to a bit!

Helped with hair and nails but nothing else

I took these pills for one month and noticed positive changes in my hair, skin and nails. However, feelings wise, I didn't notice any change. I am not sure I am really starting menopausal symptoms much so that could be the case. However, I was still normally stressed and had disrupted sleep like always. I would recommend it for the the hair, skin and nails though.
