Not sure it's worth it

I tried the Promensil perimenopause for 4 weeks. It was easy to swallow and didn't have a terrible aftertaste. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like I had any extra energy or noticeable changes. I still have hot flashes, weight gain, etc.

I feel like this product is helping a little bit but I think I would need to continue it for full effects. I have been having less night sweats and hot flashes. I like that this product is hormone free and natural. I would recommend this product.

No difference

Quite frankly, I didn’t notice any difference. I read about red Clover and it doesn’t always work for everyone. It may work for you, but it didn’t work for me. No differences noted.

Hard to say whether it works.

It's hard to tell whether this is effective or not unless you are actively having big hot flashes. The plant estrogens are said to alleviate vasomotor difficulties, but it would be hard to see the impact unless you were firmly entrenched in hot flash territory. If you are not there yet, then I'm not sure how you would be able to observe any meaningful difference. However, one benefit that I can clearly see is that my nails seem stronger and less prone to cracking. That is an exciting development, although it may not be necessary if you are already taking a Biotin supplement as part of your daily regimen.

I am unsure that I received any relief from menopause symptoms. I took the 2 pills a day but noticed no reduction in menopause symptoms. I would recommend it however.

Promensil helps with perimenopause

I recently received this product for free for my honest opinion and review. I tried Promensil Peri-Menopause for the last month now. Before I started taking this, I noticed throughout the day, I would get hot off and on when I shouldn't be. I noticed me having mood swings. Also I would have cramps and PMS symptoms without having a period. Since taking Promensil the last month, my mood swings lessen. Im comfortable throughout the day as far as temperature. I would recommend this and would keep taking it.

Didn't work for me

It didn't work for me. I took it as per the instructions and it just didn't give me any relief of any kind. I still have hot flashes , night sweats and mood swings just like before.

Slow to see any results

I have been taking these for the last month and haven’t seen much improvement in my overall health. I’m in my late 40’s so had high expectations as these are marketed for women in my age group.
I haven’t seen an improvement in my concentration or restlessness. I have noticed that my hot flashes aren’t as bad so that is a plus.
These are easy to swallow and leave no bad aftertaste.

I'm honestly unsure if this is doing anything whatsoever. I do not have any negative side effects, that's why I would still recommend it. I'm unsure if I would repurchase - maybe I need to be on it for a longer period of time.
