A nice little helper

The pills themselves are easy to take. They are not overly big and the coating on them means they dont just stick in my mouth. One pill a day is not bad either!
I definitely would like to keep taking these longer to really see more results. I know I got to sleep better, was not sweating as much. My mood seemed to improve after some use of the pills and stay more balanced. Random silly little things didnt just throw me off which I know mu family appreciates!
Other results can be hair and nail growth, which I think I would need a bit more time to get those results.
Overall these are worth it and certainly cannot hurt!

Useful for Some Women

It is hard for me to notice the effectiveness of supplements sometimes. I didn't really notice any real changes after taking the supplement. Anything that has natural ingredients is good but I am not sure it is for me.

Worth a try

I was excited to try Promensil Perimenopause as I have been consulting my OB/Gyn regarding symptoms. I have had a rollercoaster ride of an experience with reproductive health and it was nice to find something to abate those symptoms. While not a cure all, I would recommend that each individual give it a shot.

Perimensil will help along with..

I took Permensil perimenopause along with other lifestyle/behavior changes and it seems to work in conjunction with my lifestyle changes pretty well. I began a healthier lifestyle change along with this supplement and I've noticed a decrease in hot flashes, insomnia and overall irritability. I can't necessary pinpoint which method was the one I'm noticing changes from, but I think the lifestyle changes, eating a lot better, walking at least 30 minutes a day and taking this perimensil supplement, have all together been a game changer for me & my overall health. I go to bed a lot earlier and I feel more rested during the day because I'm sleeping straight through each night. I haven't had any noticable hot spells like at all and my overall mood is a lot more positive and I'm just more myself. I don't feel stressed out all the time like I did before. But, I don't think it's ever just one change or one super supplement that gives people the big change they're trying to get. It has to be you willing to make some sometimes uncomfortable lifestyle changes along with supplements, eating right etc for the noticable change to really be obvious.

Did What It’s Supposed To… I Think

I took Promensil Perimenopause for the entire package and I suppose that it did what it is supposed to do. I didn’t feel as hormonal while I was taking it, but I can’t be sure that it helped with my hair and/or my nails.

Great Product

I would definitely recommend Promensil to others. I saw a difference in the Perimenopause symptoms while taking this product. I had fewer hot flashes and my hair and nails did seem to be stronger and healthier than when I was not taking this product.

Saw positive changes with my symptoms

I have tried supplements in the past to address all of the varied symptoms of perimenopause. I was skeptical but within two weeks I was sleeping better, less hot flashes and generally a calmer body overall.i will continue to use this because any relief is welcomed and I noticed plenty!

Good product

It took a little while to notice any changes but after a little over 2 weeks I noticed that I was sleeping better at night and my hot flashes weren't as bad. I also noticed it has even me out a little bit. I don't get irritated so easily. Which is awesome. So for these things I think it is working great! It is easy to take and I haven't noticed any adverse side effects. I like it!

Ease the menses!

Promensil USA is an effective perimenopausal symptom reducer that helped me at 47 years of age. There are several things that I am experiencing such as hair thinning, shedding, and dull and my skin is constantly dehydrated. I also experience horrible sleep interruptions from never being warm or cool enough. It is hell getting older but it seemed that the 30 days of being on this medicine it eased the edges off alot and offered me some relief. Sometimes a woman just wants to feel human and not crawling out of her skin in discomfort physically and emotionally.
