Good product!

I found this product to be very useful and helpful of my symptoms. I have night sweats and hot flashes pretty regularly and I noticed that they started to significantly lessen with consistent usage of this product. My mood is much better and I'm sleeping better. Helped with hot flashes!

Promensil Perimenopause Support Tablets have been a game changer for me. After a few weeks after I started to take them, I noticed a significant reduction in my hot flashes. I think it slightly lessened my mood swings a bit, maybe. I appreciate that they are plant-based and they were easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Make sure to take after eating a meal.

Hot flashes be gone!

Promensil works. The perimenopausal tablet definitely does its job. For me, my main concern or most major concern is hot flashes and night sweats but the majority for hot flashes. It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is and the correlation between taking the pill and it alleviating the symptoms was fantastic Which I really appreciate it because nobody needs to be at work or going out somewhere for a nice time and suddenly bursting into a hot flash and people are like what’s wrong and you’re like no no I’ll be OK so for that reason in that reason alone not to mention the other wonderful benefits from this product, but I would definitely recommend this product to anybody experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, and the joy of being a woman and what it entails after you reach a certain age/point in womanhood.

Great Support

Promensil is great support for peri menopause. It is natural help for many symptoms. I love how it has natural ingredients like red clover. After regular use it can help with the hot flashes and night sweats. It really helps with nice looking nails and healthy looking hair. I have seen some results after a few weeks and would recommend the product.

Works well for nails!

I had hoped this would help with hot flashes and maybe my dry skin. So far I’ve only noticed a slight difference in nail strength. I plan to continue taking them to see if the other benefits just take more time.

This Seem OK

I tried this supplement for two weeks and I am a 47 year old woman who has had 3 children and I do believe I am in perimenopause. I don't personally believed I noticed much diffference with this supplement, but this sin't to say that in time I wouldn't. I have severe issues with depression, sleep issues, mood swings and temperature control. I definitely notice that my exisiting sensory issues as a neurodivergent are a bit amplified. So, I do believe that in tie or possibly even increased dosage, a supplement ay help some. I fully support natural remedies.

Could be helpful to others

So after using this for a couple weeks I felt ok, but other things health wise came up and I had to stop taking anything that would have interfered with surgery. I feel it would be great for another woman who is tired all the time, sweaty for no reason, moody, and having nerve issues out of the blue or flaring up after being dormant for a while.
