Giving it some time

I love the concept behind this product and at age 48, I have been experiencing symptoms of perimenopause. I guess I should feel lucky with not noticing symptoms until this current year. I have had experienced night sweats, lack of libido, breast pain, and feeling more short with others. I have used the product for a couple weeks and the benefits may not be noticeable for 6-8 weeks. I like the ingredients- passionflower, red clover extract, biotin, and vitamin D for active ingredients. The tablets are okay to take a little bit more on the larger size, but okay to ingest.

Symptoms Are Improving Slightly

I have finished a 30 day supply of this product, and although it has not eliminated all of my concerns, it has started offering improvements in my life. The first big change was my sleeping pattern. I was able to get a full night’s sleep just after a few days. I saw improvements to hot flashes and night sweats after a couple of weeks. I also noticed I was not as sore waking up either. This would be a product I would take to help me combat perimenopause stresses. I believe after the product is allowed to continuously absorb within my body, more and more improvements will be noticed. I will recommend this product to any women in need.

Needs more evaluation

I've been using this consistently for the past month buy I have not really seen any major changes. I know things like this can take months to see results. This is something I would continue to try and find relief from mood swings and other hormonal issues. No bad side effects or reactions.

Effective Product for Perimenopausal Symptoms

I have enjoyed trying Promensil Menopause Support Tablets. Though hormone-free, I feel they have given me a calmer disposition. My hair feels great. I haven't noticed a great difference in my skin, because it has been drier temperatures, so my skin is drier. I do like this product, though, and would recommend it to others.

Worked to calm me down

takes awhile to notice a difference

I've been experiencing some perimenopausal symptoms for the last several months. Nothing super drastic but annoying all the same. Found these and was glad to be able to try them out. After the full 30 days I can say that near the end of taking them I did finally start noticing a difference overall in my symptoms. So I would say it's something that you would need to take long term for the full benefits. I do like that they are made with natural ingredients. Easy to take too.
