Disappointing

I honestly do not know whether I was doing something wrong or I had received a defective item. My main issue was no matter what I did or how I did it, the beginning of each application was a blob (too much eyeliner). There isn’t much control over whether you want thick or thin lines. The thin lines tended to trail off throughout.

I found the applicator easy to use and it is most definitely waterproof. For these reasons I erred on the side of caution and gave 3 stars.

As I said I can’t be sure if it was human error or I received a faulty product.

I didn't like this eye liner. It didn't go on bold, it took going over it a few times. It irritated my skin and it flaked after a few hours. The mechanics of the product were okay though.
