I remember this one so well. It came out in 1994 I believe when one of my granddaughters was two. I can still remember walking towards her on her birthday as she was running on the sidewalk to get her the stuffed lion king I bought her. She still has it after all these years, and the movie as well.It was a lovely movie and I liked it.

This movie is good for the whole family. Very good story line, It wakes you want to laugh is some parts and laugh in the other parts. I would reccommend it

This again is another Disney classic. This movie brought out so many emotions; this movie will have you laughing and crying. I loved the story, characters and music.

I absolutely loved this movie. It always amazes me when Disney comes up with something truly different, different characters and story lines. Instead of the same old love stories with princes or princesses or riches to rags.

This story is set in the jungle with all the jungle animals and mainly about the lion pride, but there are so many other characters in the story. Even though the story is based around lions there are so many other characters that make this a fantastic children's movie. Lets not forget Zazu, Timon and Pumbaa, and Rafiki they absolutely make up some of the funniest parts of the movie.

Great children's movie. Or for any Disney fans.

Couldn't rave about this movie even more! The plot was amazing and intense, and this movie taught me so much as a child. The soundtrack was top notch, and I still regularly listen to it. Also own the sequel to this movie as well!

This is one of my all time favourite Disney movies! I used to own it on VCR before I got the DVD. Can't count the times how many times I've seen it. Beautifuly made, heartwarming story.

Wow. I'm still getting over this wonderful and breathtaking journey that is the Lion King. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie's music, story, and spiffy characters. I recommened it to anyone who likes movies period. Charcaters such as Timon & Pumba bring in comedic relief, while more serious and awesome characters such as Mufasa help bring depth and feel to the story. I dont care if your 2, 16, 28, 50, or even 90 years of age, you'll simply fall in love with this movie. If you ask me what the best part of the entire movie was, i would have to say the blending of the music and picture that is presented in such a way that is captavating and breathtaking. Buy the soundtrack now....also try the Broadway soundtrack. This is Disney at it's finest. This is one of the greatest animated pictures of all time if not one of the greatest movies ever.

I love this movie so much. I remember getting it for Christmas years ago. It is the kind of movie you could watch over and over.
