1. Which cleaning jobs did you use to test this product?
I used Vim Cream Lemon to clean my stainless steel kitchen sink. In my bathrooms, I used it to clean my porcelain tubs and sinks. My husband also used it to clean his bowling balls, which are made of plastic, rubber, and urethane.

2. How satisfied/unsatisfied were you with the results?
For the kitchen and bathroom cleaning jobs, I was delighted with the results. There is a light 'grittiness' in the texture of Vim Cream Lemon (like a fine powder), which allowed me to clean difficult stains with minimum scrubbing effort. When cleaning bathtub stains, I used to use a rough-surfaced kitchen pot scrubbing cloth. With Vim Cream Lemon, I could clean the tubs and sinks with a regular cloth rag and a rinse of water.
On the bowling balls, Vim Cream Lemon cleaned the majority of surface dirt and grease but did leave a light powder residue. My husband wiped the residue from the balls with an industrial degreaser liquid. But overall, he was pleased with the results as well.

3. How did you like the product itself (texture, scent, compare to other brands, etc)?
The texture was perfect for kitchen and bathroom cleaning jobs - it allowed me to clean stubborn stains with reduced scrubbing effort. The scent was pleasant and clean, not strong and medicinal, and it remained in the room long after the cleaning was finished - which was nice.

4. Would you buy this again and/or recommend to a friend?
I have already recommended this product to my friends and relatives, and would definitely buy it again.

I was recently sent this product through the product review club to use and review.
I used Vim Lemon Cleanser to clean my entire house last weekend (it needed it anyways) and I was pleasantly surprised. My favorite part about this cleaner is that is not only really cleans but it smells great. Most household cleaners that actually work have a strong smell that lingers way too long. I also love how thick the cleaner is so you can actually see it going on and working as you are cleaning.
I used this to clean my kitchen, both bathrooms, my washer and dryer, I used it to clean some stains and drawings on my walls and I also used it to clean some old baby toys that I will be selling (exersaucer).

The stains and markings came right off the walls with no problems and the old baby toys came completely clean and look great, almost brand new. I was pleasantly surprised with how well Vim cleaned my kitchen and bathrooms. It even got off tough stains in the tub and I put it on my toilet brush and it erased the tough stains under the rim of the bowl. Also my cleaning times were cut almost in half I was amazed at how quickly I finished.

I would highly recommend this product and I will be purchasing it when I am done this bottle.

I was very excited to have been chosen to try and review the Vim Cream Lemon Cleanser. As soon as I received the product, I started thinking about what to clean first. It's been just a little under 2 weeks of using the product - but I've been using it almost everyday...hmm...maybe I am a cleaning fanatic. I really like the bottle shape - it's a slender bottle and fits really nicely in my small hands. I also love the bright yellow colour of the packaging. The first thing that I did was flip open the lid and took a whiff of the scent. It has a lovely fresh lemon scent and unlike most cleaners, the scent was not overpowering. Loved the fact that after cleaning with it, leaves the area smelling lemony fresh. It's a cream based cleaning product, which I like because it stays on the surface, not watery. The front of the lable says "with microparticles" which gives it the extra cleaning power and which I will assume gives it a bit of that granular texture of the cream.

I couldn't resist but to try and clean my dirty white running shoes, which I had a plenty of mud and dirt on it. I remembered watching the tv commercial where the mom cleans her kid's running shoes and was a little curious to see if it would work well. I was surprised that just like the commercial did an amazing job on my dirty shoes. I just used a small amount on a sponge and didn't take long until my shoes were gleaming white again.

I have been using the Vim Cream almost everyday - in the bathroom cleaning up after my "messy boyfriend". It cleans my bathtub like a charm and my sinks. Gets rid of all the stains and soap scum. I also use it in my kitchen everyday. I use it to clean the kitchen sink which is always a little dirty and dull at the end of the day, but with a little Vim Cream the sink is back to the shiny stainless silver colour. It also does wonder if you have any food stuck to your stoves, comes right off.

Before using Vim Cream I always used Comet and the Mr. Clean spray, but I have to say that I now prefer the Vim Cream over these products. I am very happy with the results so I highly recommend this product. I will continue on purchasing this product.

Vim cleans the tough stuff easily and it's a versatile cleaner that can make things look new again. It can be used on many things such as enameled steel appliances, BBQ's, bath tubs and more. I was away for a few days and came home to find my brand new stove's top covered in burnt on grease, burnt on egg and God knows what else was on there. I had boughten a different cleaner that just happened to have a small bottle of Vim lemon cream cleanser that came with it as a free sample. I thought this would be a good test on just how well this new stuff worked. After pouring some on my stove top and lightly rubbing it all over I let it sit for a few minutes. To my surprise every bit of brunt on egg and grease was gone with very little effort on my end. Just the way I like it to be and the nice light lemon sent that it has was a bonus. I hate to clean my kitchen with anything that has a strong bleach, or any strong cleaning smell to it, so the vim with the lemon was very nice. It left my stove top look just as shinny and new looking as it was the day I brought it home, witch by the way was only two weeks before my guy's got a hold of it!! I've bin using Vim lemon cream cleanser to clean my stove top and a lot more ever since that day.

I used this product to clean my oven, the oven burners ( the things that sit underneath and catch all the food etc. ) and my bathroom. I was very satisfied with the way it worked, you didn't need a lot and it worked effectively. I liked the texture of it, it was thick but at the same time spread out quickly so you didn't need a lot of it. The scent of it was amazing, compared to ANY cleaners I have used this one had the best smell ever. I wasn't even afraid about the smell with my 14 month old around it either. I would for sure buy this product again, and I have already recommended & shared some of my bottle with my mom and mother in law.

Now I have to admit that my husband used it more than me (I always call him martha stewart he cleans THAT much) but this is what he told me...

it smelt awsome! no harsh WOOAAAA thats too strong and it just smells like clean its better than that! (which we loved as well cuz we havea newborn and noone wants that harsh cleaning smell around a baby..)
He used it at first to clean some pots and pans i messed up nicely he says got rid of grease fully! But you gotta put some back into it...but what in life dont you?
Next he cleaned our bathrooms...bathtub/countertops etc and ive never seen our bathtub so shiny! (maybe its because I havnt cleaned it much) BUT STILL A from us over here In kamloops!!

I was chosen by Chickadvisor to try out the Vim lemon cream cleanser. I found the lemon scent to be clean refreshing and not over-powering at all. The cleanser was easy to use and did not leave behind any gritty residue. It was a breeze cleaning out my bathtub, the ring around the tub wiped away with very little scrubbing. My kitchen sinks were sparkling after cleaning them with Vim! I really love the fresh clean smell it leaves behind when the job is done. I also tested it on a pair of white leather runners with excellent results. I will be buying this again. I haven't tried it on my patio furniture yet but I will be trying that soon and I'm quite confident that the Vim will be up to the task.

I would very much recommend this product. I used it to clean my flat top stove (which is hard to clean). But when I used vim, all the grease and dried on stuff went away! I also used it to clean the sink. This product made every surface sparkle, and I loved the scent of the lemons in it!

I was very satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of this product and would use it again. I found it pleasant to use especially since most products that are designed for the oven burn your ears and eyes. But this was very gentle, and didn't make you feel like throwing up at the end of the cleaning job. I also liked that this product was a cream, and not a running liquid. I felt that it stuck to dirt and grime well,and was one of the reasons it cleaned so well.

I would definitely recommend and repurchase this product!

Cleaning is quite possible the only type of housework that I enjoy doing... You may think I'm crazy but I actually think it's quite therapeutic to scrub the bathtub and the sink LoL.... I've tried almost all the different product lines out there so I was quite pleased to receive this new product as part of the review club. I've wasted no time to put it to action !!!! I did my cleaning routine last night with Vim and cleaned my entire bathroom including the toilet, shower tiles, bath tub and the floors with this product. I found that it is very versatile to use on different surfaces and required very little elbow grease!!! The scent is nice and fresh AND subtle unlike some other products out there that give you a headache... Totally recommend this product to all the chicks out there... Whether you like cleaning your house or not, you will actually enjoy doing it when you use this product.

I am one of those people who truly, truly hates to clean - so, when I actually decide to - I expect my cleaning products to be exceptional and do most of the work for me.

Although I had used Vim before, I had never used on any kind of regular basis and, frankly, I have no idea why, especially after using it in the last week and a half, I am amazed at how effective it really is.

One of the things I hate to clean the most is the bathroom- the tub, sink, etc. I decided to put VIM through its paces by squirting a little bit on these surfaces. The scent was the first thing that hit me - I love all things lemon and lemon scented VIM was very nice. Not overpowering - just nice, unfortunately, when it comes to adding scent to household cleaners, many other companies tend to overdo it.

I started scrubbing, like a maniac, the tub - only to realize that I was over scrubbing. In fact, Vim was actually taking care of alot of the "cleaning" for me and all I had to do was move my cloth around - of course, this was great. No elbow grease needed.

I got through the bathroom cleaning quickly and efficiently. The only negative I have about the product is no matter how "little" i tried to squirt out - it seems as though the bottle had a mind of its own - which meant that I ended up with more product, on the surface, than I really needed. Kind of a waste.

I woudl recommend this one to everyone who hates to clean :)
