Great Service and Uber friendly staff!

I received a $25 coupon to try Voila by Sobeys. I have to say, this is as good as it gets!

I started by creating my account, which is quite easy! An email, postal code and a confirmation... then your in!

I was surprised to see that there were Well.ca and Farmboy products available. The selection needs to be expanded but you can't expect any service to carry every single product on the market. I also noticed that a few of the items are a little more pricey then I am used to, but this is a delivery service and it's only $.50 or so more.

I filled my cart, picked my delivery time ( there was lots available), added my credit card and entered my coupon code and literally... Voila! I was done!

I received a confirmation email with a time that I could edit my order until. I received a phone call from the driver who told me he would arrive in 10 minutes and would knock on the door when the groceries were ready for me to bring inside. I heard the knock and noticed that he was standing by the truck waiting for me to come out. He took a few steps closer to explain that the temperatures of all the products and how the process works. He even told me about a bag buyback program. He then thank me for my business and acknowledged that I was a first time buyer! Amazing!

The quality is just as good as you would get from the actual store! I was quite surprised actually.

Great Service!

This is a great grocery service. So quick and painless, and can accommodate changes to orders easily through their app. I didn't even hear them when the dropped the groceries, they were just suddenly all here! Voila indeed!

The products I find much more fresh than other grocery services. I love that they come directly from a warehouse, which limits the amount of people who have to be in stores in contact with each other and ensures fresher product. Will use again for sure!

Awesome Service

I was chosen to be a product tester for this new service. It is a wonderful experience to be able to order online and have groceries delivered right to your door. I received a text message 15 minutes before the driver arrived to my house and then was called to see if I wanted my groceries left on the porch. The quality of the items were wonderful although there were some limitations on the items I was able to order such as produce some items were not available and other items have to be purchased in packages of for such as pears and apples. Overall it was a great service and something I will use again

Great service and products

Shopping online was convenient and easy enough. I chose my groceries and selected a time slot to pick them up. It was nice to not have to do the dirty work of shopping for myself and simply pick up.

Would recommend Voila!

My first experience with Voilá by Sobeys was simpler than I thought it would be! The second I started scrolling through and adding items to my cart I knew that anyone tech savvy can do the same. I had written down a grocery list already so I tried to get as much as I needed. I was a little disappointed to find that a lot of the fresh produce were not available for online purchase which means I’ll have to do a trip to the grocery store regardless. That being said, I could have also price matched on a lot of products that I bought online.

The delivery was quick and efficient! The delivery guy called me and asked if I was home, explained to me the different bags (perishables and normal) and then went off. Very kind and friendly service. I would definitely do this again! Thank you to the Product Review Club for sending me my discount and allowing me to make this fresh purchase!

Convenient Grocery Delivery Service

This was my first time using Voila by Sobeys and my second time trying a grocery delivery service. The other one I have used in the past is Cornershop. The Voila website is much more user friendly than any other grocery store website I have used. They make it very easy to find items and easy to checkout as well. I liked that there were many available time slots open to choose from for the delivery time. During the delivery time the shopper did not contact my at the store (like they do with cornershop), but at the same time there were no substitutions he needed to ask me about so I guess it wasn't necessary. When the shopper arrived all the groceries were packed nicely in the bags and he even arrived a few minutes early. One of the things I was disappointed with was the produce. I ordered two different types of apples (two big bags) and they both somehow taste like they have no flavour (bland apples), The two zucchinis they brought me were the smallest ones I have ever seen. The watermelon they chose was very good though and the other produce seems to be good as well. One more mention is that the only fee as of now is the $7.99 delivery charge. I am not sure if they will be increasing the fees in the future but for now that is very affordable. All other grocery delivery companies I know of charge a lot more. So it is definitely worth the money and I would use it again especially if the fees stay reasonable.

Really convenient service with great customer attention

I received na coupon code to cover $25 off a purchase of $100 or more via Chickadvisor for review purposes. Firstly I'd like to say that I am an experienced online shopping customer. I've tried Instacart, Walmart and Metro before so I gave a good comparison.
I recently gave birth (less than a week ago,) and especially now with the covid pandemic it's even more important bro have this type of service. Voila far exceeded my expectations. Not only are their delivery rates the lowest, the customer service is amazing. The called me to let me know they were on their way and asked if it was ok to leave groceries on the front porch. Upon arrival they called to confirm that they dropped off the groceries. 10 minutes blaster they called again as a reminder that I had frozen groceries as a courtesy which was very nice.
The also advised they for future deliveries after covid is over that we can give them our plastic bags (from Sobeys and other retailers) to be recycled and a refund will be offered which is a great initiative at reducing plastic waste.
Overall I would recommend the service however would re commend waiting until Sobeys put more assortment online.

Great

Due to COVID and the whole situation, this is a great alternative so I don’t need to go to the store myself to pick up groceries. With a click of a button to add to cart its just so easy and it delivers just straight to my door. Quality is pretty good when it comes to the things I ordered, nothing Was in any way bad shape (eg apples and lettuce) they are all fresh. I would say it’s a little pricey for shipping but it’s worth every penny since it saves you gas and time to go pick it up yourself. It’s a great platform for people who are too busy to go grocery shopping yet convenient!

I will definitely use Voila again.
I received a discount as part of a Product Review Club offer, which is why I decided to try this service. Other grocery delivery services in my area have a very long waits until you can get your delivery, and when a spot opens it may not fit my schedule. Voila by Sobey’s had several delivery time spots available in the immediate days following the day I placed the order. The selection was great and they had many sales on everyday foods which my family eats. My order was 100% accurate and delivered on time.
I will definitely recommend Voila to my family and friends.

by Sobey’s! I was the first time I had groceries delivered, since I like to go into the store and choose my own. However, they found all the products I ordered, without substitutions and even picked out very fresh fruit and vegetables. I would definitely use their service again!
