I’m very happy with my Order that I received. It’s very simplified to use this Website because it tells me right away if the items are in stock and if I forgot to add an item I still have some time to add it. There are many availability for time slots. Worth trying

I got a $25 promo to try voila by Sobeys. The ordering online was easy. I was able to edit to order again and again up to 24 hours before the delivery date which had tons of options. The delivery was scheduled for between 8 and 9 p.m. and they were at my door at 8 exactly. Refrigerated goods came perfectly cold and Frozen. Nothing missing nothing broken. $8 might be a hefty charge for delivery but in a pinch I definitely would try it again. I was told that if the bread delivered is squashed or doesn't seem as fresh as you would like it to be you can hand it back of the delivery person on the spot. You can also get money back for your bags deposit. Delivery guys were extremely polite.

Good to see sobeys improved new service

First I would like to say I received this product free part of a review club.
The program is easy to use, has incredibly good quality as well as selection of produce... and that's the part I like the most about it. Another pretty impressive thing is the easy prompt hassle free delivery. The price for groceries is quite on the high end but Overall I would reccomend it!

Convenient way to get food

Food came pretty quickly from their warehouse which meant that all my produce stayed fresh. The delivery person texted and called me to let me know it had arrived. Good quality food delivered quickly.

I placed my order online with ease and chose the delivery date/time that worked best for me.

My delivery came on time, the driver even called me when he was 10 minutes away to give me a heads up and offered to call again once it's been delivered. Best delivery service I've received so far!

Everything I ordered was delivered to me. I was hesitant to order groceries online before as I didn't have a way to choose the produce but they did a good job and I am very pleased. I would recommend this service to anyone, give it a try and you will be pleasantly surprised!

Had a great experience!

I was able to try out this service with the discount from ChickAdvisor. I was extremely pleased with the ease of ordering the items. Their grocery website is much easier and seamless compared to Walmart online ordering.
I liked that I was able pick a specific hour timeslot for delivery as opposed to a few hour window. It helped as I wasn't waiting around wasting time for a few hours. I knew exactly when it was coming and was able to get on with the rest of my day.
The delivery did come a bit earlier than expected, however the driver called me first to see if that was ok as he was in the area, It worked for me.

The groceries were well packed and handled and all of the food was clearly fresh. The bread I ordered was absolutely the freshest most soft bread I ever bought in my adult life. I was in awe.

Overall I definitely give this service two thumbs up and will be using it again in the future. Glad I was able to partake!

Quick easy delivery service

I would certainly recommend Voila by Sobeys! The driver texted me 10 minutes before the delivery to remind me of the delivery and she was waiting for me outside my apartment building with all bags ready in her truck. She showed me 2 bags with frozen items and said there were no shortage of items in the bag. I also got $25 discount for using the service in exchange for my review.

Quick Service

I was given this opportunity by chick advisor to try Voilà by sobey’s and i was given a $25 off my $100 purchase. The delivery was next day and very quick service. What i didn’t like was i am not able to price match and use coupons also i had to pay a delivery fee of $7.99 no matter how much you spend. So this service is okay nothing special, could be improved.

No hidden fees, guaranted freshness delivered to your door!

I received the $25 voucher from Voila for free (#gotitfree) from ChickAdvisor in exchange for an honest review (#VoilabySobeys). You were required to spend up to $100 in order to qualify for the $25 voucher. Standard delivery fees are $7.99 - which, when considering some apps and the fees that they have, I find this perfectly reasonable and affordable. There are absolutely no hidden fees - I love that it is not a service you have to subscribe to or pay on a monthly basis. You are free to use it whenever you want, as long as you pay the delivery fee. Upon making your purchase, you are given the opportunity to select a time slot for delivery - which makes it super convenient! They offer 1-hour delivery windows, so you can base your delivery off of when you are home and available to accept it.

Voila is a delivery service that caters to the Great Toronto Area - although, they are currently expanding across the GTA. They deliver from warehouse, not from the store. They offer affordable prices - simple and transparent. Each item has a description listed below, so that you read below. Items range from grocery staples to personal favourites, so whether you are looking for cleaning products, household products, health and beauty, pet care, baby care, etc. - you will definitely find what you are looking for. Voila has partnered up with Sobeys, Farm Boy and Well.ca - giving you a wide range of products all available in one space - how cool is that?!

Voila is a robotic automated warehouse which uses robots to pack and prepare your orders. The teammates are the ones who deliver it to your front door. This warehouse is aware of every single item that is in stock/ available - which means that you will receive what you order, or they will correct it themselves. I was extremely satisfied with my experience! Each item that I received was fresh - if not, it is guaranteed free. Every Voila order is required to be a minimum of $50. I also love that you have the option to review and edit your order prior to delivery.

The delivery staff were very professional, and extremely friendly. They had asked me if this was my first experience using Voila - and as it was, they went on to explain how everything works. They also detailed the Recycling Program they have going on. Since a robot packages and prepares our orders, there is no way of knowing how many plastic bags you will be receiving. Voila offers a closed-loop recycling program which involves returning plastic bags that you receive in order to have them recycled into brand new bags! Not only do they accept their own bags, but they will accept bags from other stores as well to encourage recycling of single-use bags! I love this initiative! Bag fee deposits are $0.05 per every bag used, but you are refunded the amount upon return. It is important to note that currently, during the COVID-19 outbreak, bag fees will be waived and therefore no bag-fee refund will be required. Customers are encouraged to collect bags and keep them for a future return date.

I will definitely be using this service in the future! I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to order groceries, as well as any other products online. Give this service a try, you will not be sorry! The delivery is amazing, fees are affordable, and you get to choose when you want to receive it!

Great quality

The website was easy to navigate, however I found the selection of some products was limited. Checkout was also easy (& there was lots of delivery time slots available - although I imagine this is likely due to the fact that it's a new service). The delivery fee of $7.99 is reasonable & less than competitors. I also found the freshness of everything to be much better than competitors. I will order groceries again through Voila.
