I've had this for a LONG time and I finally finished the bottle after 2-3 years. (Not because there was so much product, but more so because I got sick of using it) I used it for my hair after a shower or in the mornings to tame my frizz / as a refresher. I now use Bumble & Bumble Invisible Primer - it's a lot more expensive, but smells and works so much better.

Pros:
- easy to use (just spray)
- lightweight
- doesn't look greasy or gross in your hair
- strengthens hair

Cons:
- didn't seem to make my hair look nice
- not a fan of the smell

Overall, it did what it was advertised to do. But if I'm going to use one product in my hair, I rather have something multipurpose that can also make my hair look good
