Had a skin reaction

As a premium product, i expected alot more from it. It went on nice. Silky and absorbed into the skin but after a few days use, i started getting spots and hadn't used anything else. It would work great for most people but gave me a reaction so i would not use again.

Not worth it...

I don't find this product works very well... it moisturizes my skin to an extent. It suggests taking the day off but most of my make up is around my eyes and I don't feel like I can put this products around my eyes.

Didn't love it

The take the day off cleansing balm was not my favourite product. I found it greasy and hard to take off without really taking the makeup off! I prefer other brands of makeup removal.

This product is just ok.

I bought this product because my favourite YouTube personality had recommended it. I was expecting greatness but the product was just ok. It’s very oily and doesn’t take off all your makeup. It does however leave your face very smooth. So I’m on the fence about it. I’ll definitely finish it but I doubt I’ll buy this product again.

I returned this product to Sephora. It left my skin with a greasy feeling residue. I do not wear heavy makeup to begin with, so I do not need such a heavy oil based balm as a first step makeup remover. This requires a second step, normal foaming face wash, to get rid of the heavy oily residue this balm leaves behind. I don't like complicating my routine, so this did not make sense for me. Why add an extra step? I will stick to my 1 stop shot cleanser that does it all - remove makeup, clean skin, and leave me feeling actually clean!

This product started out really promising, it's like coconut oil starts solid and melts on your face, I really wanted to love this stuff but it dried my face out so bad I'm still dealing with dry scaley patches all over my face two weeks later
