I love the price

I love the price and its easy to apply. My only complaint is when putting on false lashes it likes to attach its self to the glue and come off my lid then I have to fill in the spots with more eyeliner

Personally I use the brush tip one and it’s my FAVORITE eyeliner. For me it’s super easy to apply. This is soooooo inexpensive and but with that being said it’s one of the best eyeliners ever

Easy to apply

Super happy with how easy this is to apply and it stays in place (no smudging or running) The price is even better. I will need to purchase more in other colours.

So affordable and easy to use

I lalalalove the elf liquid eyeliner . I used to use the kat von d liquid eyeliner but the price was pretty steep. The elf works just as great for a 10th of the price . This is the o ot liquid eyeliner I have used for years . Recommend

BEST Eyeliner! I Swear By It

ELF Eyeliner costs $2 here in Canada and it is the BEST eyeliner i have ever purchased. I always get complimented on my eyeliner (it is my signature look) and recommend this to everyone. It is long lasting and SO great for the price. Better than any designer eyeliner I have ever tried.
