This was one of the first workout videos I ever purchased and it is my go to workout. You get a great workout and it's easy enough for anyone to do. Some of the moves are a little advanced but for the most part it's the perfect balance of challenging and achievable. You can really see how your body's strength improves after doing this workout over and over. At first it's a little challenging and then after a while it almost feels easy. If you're looking for a beginner workout or one that helps to tone your body this is the video for you.
This is NOT your typical yoga DVD. Even though it says Yoga and Jillian does use yoga poses, this is not real yoga. Jillian combined yoga with fast pace repetition that will get your cardio going and you will be tired and beat in no time. I thoroughly enjoy this DVD because it is really different than a usual work out video and different from Yoga. It is something novel and exciting, plus it's only about 30 min and your work out is done which is great! Your body will be sore the next day and you know it's effective!
