*Price: I give this a 4/5 stars because it's a higer-end brand but worth the cost, I think.

*Quality: I give this a 4/5 stars because even though it's a gel, it's a thick consistency that stays put and I love the cooling feel.

*Effectiveness: I give this a 4/5 stars because it does effectively reduce my eye puffiness. It doesn't rid them 100% (and quite frankly, I haven't found one yet that does that for me) but I definetly feel better about the way my eyes look in the morning. It's the best puffy-eye treatment I've found so far and I've tried alot!

-Extra notes: You can either put a thick layer on, leave it for 5 minutes and wipe away or you can put a thin layer on and leave it to treat your eyes all day (I prefer the former method). Also, I like to store my No Puffery in the fridge. I find it to be even more effective that way.
