I did like this tea, but I find it to be too mild for me, even when steeped for longer than recommended. The overall flavour is nice, but it is hard to detect at times depending on what I'm eating. I wouldn't drink this tea with food as then the flavour would be entirely lost, however I wouldn't throw out what I have after trying it. I would drink it as a boost in between meals so no other flavours are affecting its strength.
If you like a strong tea, this isn't for you. I did notice on the steeped tea website that there are recipes using this tea; one calls for a simple syrup and other quick ingredients. I may try that another time to see if I like it any better, and if I do I will report back.
