I received this product as part of a free trial. I'm sorry to say I didn't like it at all due to the thick consistency of this cream. Had it not been in the dead of summer, my review might be better, but I just couldn't stand the feeling it left on my skin. I do plan to keep it and try again in the winter when the extra moisture on my face would be welcome.

I received the Vichy Neovadiol Compensating Complex Day Cream for free to try from Chick Advisor. I first have to say that I am shocked at the price. I do however, love the scent and feel of this on my skin. I began to use it daily and over a week I did notice a small change in my appearance. The fine lines were still there; however, not so intense.

Found the Day Cream to be too heavy on my skin. Did not feel as if it absorbed as well as I would have liked and the film left on my skin felt heavy and irritating.

i used the day cream as instructed on the directions .. after over a month i still saw NO difference at all ..i still have the fine wrinkle lines .and there was no change at all .. kind of dissapointed . i was hoping this would be the product i needed ..

I received this from the Chickadvisor Product Review Club. Vichy is a part of L'oreal, which is one of the biggest cometics company in Europe, and I have a lot of confidence in their product.

One of the problems with this line is that is has a strong weird smell. I also like to avoid products with alcohol. I understand that alcohol helps the ingredients penetrate better, but it can also be drying to skins. Even though I have combination skin that sometimes appear oily, my skin is actually dehydrated. Alcohol is pretty high in the ingredient list of this product.

The day cream is a bit too thick for my day use, so I wasn't really able to test it out much. I found out after the fact that there are actually two versions of the day cream, one for normal-combination skin and one for dry-combination. I got the wrong version for my skin type.

It may probably work well for people with a drier skin type.

This product is creamy and absorbs into the skin nicely. It has a pleasant scent.
I find it pour clogging. It did not meet my expectations of effectiveness either.
I am a 55 year old women with no real skin issues. A few light lines here and there but nothing of major concern.
I have used it every day for the past month and found no improvement in my skin.
I would not recommend this product not would I personally buy it in the future.

Too heavy and greasy looking. Gave me a few breakouts that I never get. Had to use a bronzer to tone down the greasy shine. Saw no difference in wrinkles. Going back to using my favourite No. 7.

I really really wanted to like this product but it was so so greasy and would not absorb. I tried using even just ateeny bit of it and still it just sat on my skin like an oil patch. This just wasn't effective st all for me. I have combination skin and it seemed to be made for someone with really really dry skin. I received this product free from chick advisor for review purposes.
