I guess I was expecting some sort or miracle product. It really isn't what I would call "H2O Proof". It lasts a decent amount of time compared to some others but it does still smudge when applied to the inner rim.

Best pencil I have found and for the price, you can beat it. This pencil, unlike other waterproof liners, is blendable and stays on all day. The line goes on smooth and there is a blending sponge on the opposite end. Good colors to choose from, but since the pencil is so popular, can sometimes be difficult to find in stock. Highly recommended!
