Bonne idée ce mélange de poivre et lime. Délicieux, pas trop poivré. Avec l'ajout de fromage c'est vraiment bon. C'était la première fois que je la faisais mais pas la dernière.

Wow! At first I looked at the recipe and though, mmmmnnnnnaaa, then I tried it. I am a convert. I love lime, I love pepper, but I've never had lime with any kind of potato before. I'll even use this one on company!

I loved the sound of this so I made them for a special movie night snack! They were very tasty, but I also added some garlic powder which really helped make the flavours pop. Yum!

I love pepper and lime potato chips so it was great to find this recipe. It's easy to make and tastes great. I set out some garlic aioli for dipping, which was nice, but not necessay.

I made this recipe as we were craving fries and were staying in
(fries and wine night) random lol I know.

Anyways we tried this recipe so we decided to add black pepper which in our family pepper is a staple but never thought of the lime but said hmmmm let's try why not it's fries!!! GREAT choice, seriously, something so different the spice of pepper along with oil was subtle and lime with the kick of tang provided this new flavour of fries that you find at high end restaurants as a starter

hahaha served on a " beautiful serving plate" and we had our authentic restaurant experience on a budget at home with wine ;)

I loved this. I have never thought of adding lime but this was definitely a great and different taste, aside from the fact that it gave my a dose of vitaminC which is really beneficial. I'll be making a batch of these again.
