These seem more of a gloss than a balm to me. They are a bit sticky.

I have used this product since I was a kid and still do.. best lip gloss ever.. gives you the shine without the stickiness like others give you.. and leaves my lips soft, plus they smell amazing :)

I remember buying these all the time when I was a kid. I really liked the Dr. Pepper flavour! I find that these are not the best quality of lip care but they definitely to the job and moisturize the lips. I would say it lasts for about 2 hours max and then you need to re-apply. I really enjoy all of the different flavours and the variety packs though!

These are a great and very cheap go to for basic lip care. They're not really filled with any ingredients that would provide long lasting care for you lips, but I find them to be a quick and easy go to when I just want to put something on my lips when they're feeling a bit dry. Having my lips glide more smoothly against each other instead of being really dry helps me to not lick my lips (which in turns makes them more dry) or bite them. The chapstick lasts for a few hours, which is pretty good for such a cheap product. Ultimately, I think these are good for kids, but if you're looking for something to really treat dry lips on a more permanent basis or help with winkles, I recommend buying something with more beneficial ingredients.
