I love Burt's Bees lip balms and glosses. They have recognizable ingredients, they taste and smell wonderful, and they don't deplete my natural moisture barrier. I also adore the tint on some of them, it's a hint of colour that looks natural but pretty. I wish they were slightly less pricey, I will only buy them on sale or for a special treat, but I recently bought myself a tinted gloss after I had a lengthy hospital stay and I love it. It's pretty but subtle and my lips feel amazing after.
I like the variety and how Burt's bees is more natural than other chapsticks but, I find that it isn't really that moisturizing and it is very expensive. I would choose my $3 Nivea chapsticks over this any day.
I am not a big fan of Burt's bee's lip balm. Maybe it was the scents that I had chosen or what not. But, i did find the quality not to be as great as advertised by my peers or the brand. It does moisturize, but I found other brands such as chapstick and Eos to be a lot more fulfilling
I have three different shades of this in my purse. I agree that it feels a bit greasy when I first put it on but after a few minutes it feels great. Definitely recommend it!
If you like feeling like you're smearing a soft candle on your lips, this is the one for you. I don't even live in a particularly dry climate (Vancouver) and this lip balm did nothing for me. I wish it did because it smelled lovely though.
I have very dry lips and after trying many other products I am back to Burt's Bees as it works the best for me
a must have... buy them for your winter coats ...you will be happy when you find it in your pocket.... your lips will be happy you did also
This feels great on the lips, and the taste is not nasty like many balms are. I love that it is natural, just wish it was a bit cheaper.
