There is a reason this is so cheap

I have always been disappointed by Covergirl makeup, it is budget drug store and time and time again it is proved by their lower quality. This foundation actually broke me out, always cakey, always pills no matter what I use underneath it. Would not recommend it to anyone.

felt terrible on my skin, half the time it was too liquid to work with and felt gross on once it settled onto my skin, didn't really irritate my skin, but i could never wait to get it off
