I think this Dole pre shredded coleslaw mix is a great thing to have in the fridge when you're in a hurry and don't have time to grate an entire head of cabbage. It is crispy and the carrots are sweet. Sometimes I worry about listeria contamination because of what happened last year, but so far, no recalls.

I love this coleslaw mix , it's easy and effortless . It's not always very fresh so you really have to scan through the bags but overall if you want a quick and easy coleslaw this is the way to go.
