This one, some people describe the scent similar as talcum powder we use when we were child. I don't mind of the scent. The positive is they may use some African Macadamia oil in the ingredients. Negative is scalp turns oily a bit faster than before if you keep using bottle after bottle, and especially if you have a problem with itchy scalp, it will worsen the situation. This is what I conclude with after only using three bottles of this shampoo. The usual price is almost $8, and hardly ever seen promotion on this one. Safeway usually sells for $4.99 or 5.99. I don't recommend entirly replace other shampoos solely by this. This shampoo is at the best if you only use it two times a month.

I gave this a shot since it was on for a really good price. I don't mind it, but I think I would stick to regular Dove hair care products. For a product that boasts leaving hair feeling sublimely soft, I found it was about average. I did not find my hair felt heavy afterwards; my roots felt clean and light. I did not, however, like the smell at all. Far too strong and perfume-y for my taste.

This worked okay as a shampoo. Left my hair feeling a little bit heavy, but had left a nice shine on my hair. Applied to hair easy without having to use to much product,

I'm giving this product 3 stars for my own opinion, with thin hair.

I found this shampoo to make my hair very greasy, and feel kind of straw like. My hair is not particularly damaged, so this was quite surprising. I do like the smell, but find it can be over powering at times. It has a baby powder like scent to it. I couldsee this being helpful for people with thick damaged hair, but if yours is thin like mine, there are plenty of other great shampoo options from Dove. They are my hair care go to, they just missed the mark with this one.

Dove Shampoos are a hit and miss with my fine long straight hair.

The shampoo has a weird oily scent to it, and very little is required for it to be sudsy enough to make my hair feel clean.

It rinses out quite easily, leaving that weird scent behind.

After towel drying, I have to use twice as much detangling spray to untangle my hair before it is manageable. So…it doesn’t really leave my hair silky (like I had anticipated) without assistance from other products.

This oil based shampoo fell flat with my hair, unfortunately – it may work better for hair that tangles less easily or requires the additional nourishment. It’s just not for me.

I tried this shampoo and at first liked it but when it was time to style my hair I realized that it wasn't as good as what I thought. It made my hair VERY staticky, I tryed it again and same thing.
