The Dove Original Beauty Cream bar is a mild soap that gently cleans and moisturizes the face. I found that it blended in effortlessly with my morning and bedtime routines. It also had a very mild scent, although it was not my taste. Definitely a decent product and a nice addition to my beauty routine!

Thanks to Chick Advisor I had the pleasure of trying and reviewing the Dove Original Beauty Bar. I like many others have gotten away from bar soaps and tend to purchase body washes (extra moisturizing). I used to purchase Dove quite regularly but stopped as my family of teens preferred the body wash vs bar soap.

I absolutely love Dove and the way it makes my skin feel. I have very dry skin and recently had surgery on my foot which prevented me from being able to shower and had to rely on sponge baths. Needless to say, my legs were very dry and rough. Using the Dove beauty bar, has gotten rid of the flaky dry skin and returned the moisture to my legs and the rest of my body. Dove rinsed off easily and cleanly and did not leave you feeling like you had a film on you. The best part is that it is affordable. The variety of scents available and types is also amazing. I think I will hide my other bar and keep it for myself and my teenage daughters (who by the way also liked the feel of their skin after using it) can go back to their own body wash. This may be a problem as they always manage to find "my beauty products"

I recieved the Dove Beauty Cream Bar from Chick Advisor to review and I absolutely loved it. When I first opened the package it was all I could smell but I loved the smell. When I used it that night I said to myself wow I will defintely be buying this. My skin is very sensitive to soaps but this one just made my skin so soft. Even hours after I could still smell it on my skin. I will defintely be buying this soap and I will be recommending it to as many people as I can. Thank You Chick Advisor:)

This product was awesome! I don’t generally love bar soaps and usually gravitate more toward body washes, but this one’s a keeper. I really enjoyed the feeling of the bar on my skin and especially how my skin felt after I got out of the shower. I will be repurchasing for sure!

Thanks to chickadvisor I had the pleasure of trying the dove beauty bar. The beauty bar worked very well in cleaning and moisturizing my skin. In comparison to my normal bar this works way better. I will definitely be changing from my usual bar. I've already mentioned it to some of my friends and will continue mentioning it.

Thank you for the opportunity to test out the Dove Beauty Bar. The bar provided a good lather without the need of a body poof. It's lightly scented without an over-bearing fragrance scent and offers good moisturizing coverage. I like how it rinsed away clean without leaving a filmy residue on the skin. I recommend the Dove beauty bar to others. Even having sensitive skin, I was able to use the beauty bar without irritation.

I was thrilled to receive the Dove Original Beauty bar to try. When I first opened up the package I was surprised at how strong the scent was. I am alergic to some scents and did sneeze a few times but after the scent dissipated I was OK. I tried the bar in the shower. I don't like using soap on my face because I find it to be too drying but was pleasantly surprised with Dove. I have a few dry patches on my face that I usually have to moisturize but the soap seemed to do the trick. I even used to bar to shave my legs. I am glad that I received a two bar sample pack which means that I won't have to go buy more as quick. Thanks for allowing me to try the product.

I have always used Dove because I love it. The only thing is that I normally don't buy the orginal one because I am not a fan of the scent. But I love how it feels when I use it. This is the only bar soap that we use in the house. I have to say that when I got this to try it and opened it I automatically thought about my late aunt because she always used this one and her bathroom always had the Dove scent.

I received the Dove Beauty Cream Bar as part of the Review Club. I've always preferred using bars over liquid soap, as I find I have more control over how much I use, so I was already excited to try this product. Upon trying it for the first time I found that it lathered well, smelled fresh and left my body feeling soft. It was great when shaving my legs and I love the scent, I much prefer a "clean" smelling soap over a perfumey one, and this product didn't disappoint. I often struggle with dry skin, especially in the winter time and found that it did a great job moisturizing my skin. I'd like to try it in the winter, as I'm anxious to see if it would be able to help my skin when it is most dry. Overall I definitely recommend this product, Dove does not disappoint. Its simple, makes you feel clean and is a brand I feel good about using. The price is also affordable. Definitely try it out!

I made a complete switch over for the review. Here is what I found...For the shower (which I NEVER use bar soap) It gets a 10 out of 10.Silky soft skin...Ya! I now have a shower bar thanks Dove.
For hand washing. I have eczema, so I usually mix my hand soap and lotion 50/50 in my dispenser. dove was close, but when I did my gardening and forgot my gloves, it didn't have enough moisturizer to stop the dry cracking skin. except for that it was creamy rich. I give it a 7/10...not bad dove. Perhaps I'm asking a bit from a soap but it claims to have a lot of moisture.
