I received this day cream as part of the ChickAdvisor's product review club and have been using it for 2 weeks. It's has a firm texture, which you can expect from and SPF, but it's not oily at all. From the first day, I noticed its intense hydrating effect. It's really good before going outside in the cold to protect your skin. I've been using it instead of an Yves Rocher day cream with essential oils and I'll be using Garnier in the morning to hydrate from now on. I didn't notice any brightening effect but maybe I haven't been using it long enough. All together a very nice protective day cream, perfect for harsh weather, I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good price/quality product.

I received this product as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. Ive used this product twice daily since i received it more than a week ago. I enjoy that it has an spf...as far as im concerned, all facial moisturizers should have some degree of spf. It has a nice, lite scent and it is not too heavy or oily. Unfortunately, my skin was not to happy with this product as it left my face with some pimples! I was quite shocked acually because my skin is not normally sensitive to products. I contined using this product in hopes that it was just something else that caused my pimples. I think i can safely say that it was this moisurizer. I really wanted to like this product but unfortunately I cant give it a 5 star because of the pimples. Besides that, it a nice product but not meant for me. Im going to continue using it...simply because i lime how it feels on my skin but i am only going to use it in the morning and go back to my regular moisturizer at night. The price is comparable to other like products. I am always willing to pay a price for a great product. Thanks for the opportunity to try and review this product!

I received my package yesterday to try the New Garnier SkinActive Clearly Brighter Daily Moisturizer with SPF 15 which is clinically proven to make your face visibly brighter in one week. I am doing the 7 day trial with the Brightening & smoothing Daily moisturizer which also has Vitamin C, which gives the product a nice light fruity scent. First I used the New Garnier Micellar cleansing water and then applied the moisturizer and my skin felt so soft and smooth on the first application and is also Oil Free. I can't wait to see the difference in 7 days after trying both new products and see Visibly brighter polished looking skin.

I received the Garner SkinActive Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Moisturizer as part of ChickAdvisor's Product Review Club, and have been using it for the past two weeks. I am not one to regularly use sunscreen, which explains why I experience hyperpigmentation; however, I found this moisturizer to absorb quickly and not leave a grey film on my face like other daytime moisturizers with SPF. It did not leave my skin oily and worked nicely as a base before I applied make-up. I haven't noticed any brightening in my skin, but it may take some time for any effects to be noticeable. I'll continue using it to see if there is any difference in tone once I have finished the bottle. It's a bit pricey compared to other moisturizers with built-in sunscreen, but it seems to a decent job. I might buy it once I finish this full-sized sample, but will hang on until I see if there is any visible improvement in my skin condition. Thanks for the opportunity to try this product - and to introduce sunscreen into my daily regime.

I received this as part of the product review club. It goes on very well, absorbs well, and doesn't leave my normal-oily combination skin greasy at the end of the day. It is great under make up, which I usually find is an issue with moisturizers that have SPF in them. It is very fragrant, which I do not mind but may be an issue for others. I didn't notice the brightening, evening out effect that it promises. Overall, a great moisturizer even at the price of $20.99!

I received this to try from chickadvisor and I've used it a few days now. It's a decent moisturizer - with the added benefit of having sunscreen. It felt good on the skin and worked well under makeup. I didn't really notice any brightening effect, and I can't comment on the effects from Vit C, etc as those are long-term use results. I will continue to use this, and will likely re-purchase, even if I don't find more longer-term effects, because it's a good priced, useful daily sunscreen.

I received this product as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club, otherwise I would never have bought it, simply because the price is very high. But price aside, I found that it does moisturize well. To me it has the texture of sunscreen, a bit thicker than regular moisturizer/lotion. And it takes a little bit to rub it all into the skin. But it doesn't leave my skin feeling oily which is very nice and even after a few hours my face hasn't turned shiny and oily like other moisturizers often do. As for the brightening aspect, I do notice that right after I apply it my face seems a bit whiter and brighter, sort of like a brighter light was turned onto my face and there are less shadows and dark areas. I think I need to continue using it for a longer time to be able to really determine whether it makes a difference in brightening and smoothing my skin. So yes, it is a good product but for me the price just isn't worth it.

Got this compliments of chickadvisor and garnier. So I was a bit sceptical about trying a new moisturizer as my skin drys out so fast and needs tons of it especially in winter. However i found this worked pretty good. I didint need a huge amount like other products and seemed to last most of the day. It worked well under my.makeup as well.

So far I really like this face lotion. It hasn't irritated my skin, but if it gets too close to my eyes it is a bit irritating to them, so I have to be careful not to get it in that area too much. It does have a light scent, kind of like green tea. It's a nice scent, but I do wish it was unscented just because then it may not irritate my eyes if I get it near them.

The formula is quite moisturizing, more so than my current facial moisturizer with SPF. It absorbs quickly and has t made my skin break out at all. My skin feels very soft after using this and it definitely looks more hydrated/plumper and that does help with the appearance of my fine lines. It actually has helped my skin appear a bit 'brighter' so far. I wish it was a slightly higher SPF though. I will use this whole bottle and see how my skin looks at the end.

I also love the packaging. The pump not only dispenses the perfect amount of product with no waste, it also protects the good stuff inside!
