Perfect fiber boost for smoothies!

We have been loving Goldy’s superseed cereal as an addition to our smoothies, and as a topping for our yogurt bowls! So much goodness in one scoop, and so much added fiber to our snacks!

Just adding Sprinkles!

Tried Goldy’s as a cereal topper. It was simple to add and mixed in nicely. Added a nice flavor and a fun crunch. Even the kids enjoyed it these cereal sprinkles and had fun mixing it into eat cup.

Perfect blend of sweet and crunch

Goldy's Superseed cereal is a great addition to my morning Greek yogurt bowl. The combination of Chia, hemp, pumpkin seeds, buckwheat and the sweet blueberries and hint of ginger is very satisfying. I have also tried this as a chia pudding with oat milk and it was a big improvement on my regular chia pudding. I like that it is high in fibre, Non-GMo and Made in Canada. We are hearing about protein everywhere and this gives 5 grams and is full of healthy fats. An easy addition to my routine without any extra work.

Delicious and nutritious

I really enjoy using this as a yogurt topper. It provides a perfect crunch, has a subtle flavour, and provides an extra boost of nutrition. Also there’s a lot in the bag. I will continue to use!

Tasty and Crunchy Breakfast

Really enjoyed this cereal. The blueberry flavor is nice, and the ginger adds a little something extra without being too strong. I’ve been having it with yogurt in the morning, and it’s become one of my favorite quick breakfasts. Tastes fresh and crunchy, and the texture is great.

Add some goodness and crunch to your life

We tried the blueberry ginger multiple ways with success.
Mixed with plain yogurt and honey - added a flavorful crunch. Made boring yogurt fun to eat!
Mixed into all grain waffle batter - added some crunch and have it a slight blueberry and ginger pop.
Added some milk to it - not a fan favorite. Mushy and kinda mushy.
Topped fresh fruit - this was my daughter's favorite!
Topped onto a simple salad with olive oil - this was my favorite!

I also tried it on it's own as a trailmix, and it was good. Just need a big sip of water afterwards. Overall, we liked it and would recommend it.

Best Kind of Superseed Cereal

Lately I’ve been keeping breakfast simple, and this has been my go to. Adding Goldy’s Superseed Cereal in Blueberry Ginger on top of my yogurt has been such an easy breakfast upgrade. I love the crunch from the superseeds and the sweet tart blueberries with that little hint of ginger. It makes my busy mornings feel a bit more put together and is such a quick healthy breakfast idea to keep me full and energized.

Super snacking!

This is my new favourite snack and breakfast add on. I first enjoyed it as a topping on my Greek protein yogurt, which was delicious. It added subtle flavour and a really nice crunch. I enjoyed it so much I started thinking of other things I could put it on. I added it to my oatmeal the next day and I loved it just as much! I will definitely purchase this item, I'm hooked!

Crunchy and Healthy Breakfas

Goldy's Superseed Cereal has been a great addition to my daily breakfast. I love using as a yogurt topper and this feel more wholesome and satisfying full of flavour. It also works really well for chia pudding. i tried with smoothie as well and that was also very tasty. This is a plant bases and easy boost of fibre i will highly recoment for healthy breakfast addition.
