My thoughts:
I love that Halifax Honey's Stingin' Hot Honey is fully a Canadian made product! 🇨🇦

The flavour has two sides to it, a sweet base with a hot chillie punch! And yes, it does sting!

I really liked it on my salmon! I found that it infused the salmon with a bit of chillie heat along with the sweetness of the honey. It tasted great! If you are sensitive to heat, you can always add a few drops of the Stingin' Hot Honey to the regular Halifax Honey.

Hot honey seems to be popular with fast food restaurant creations these days. Why pay the extra money when you can create your own version at home! Halifax Honey's Stingin' Hot Honey can be used as a dip, drizzled on your pizza, chicken burger or whatever you would like to add a bit of Stingin heat to! Let's get creative! 🌶🍯

Sweet and Spicy

Shh.. Just drizzle it!! Definitely just drizzle it and intake the immense flavoured sweetness with a pinch of spicyness at the same time!! Drizzle it on pizza, toast or anything you like, you will taste heaven.

Halifax Hot Honey

I’ve been trying out the Stingin’ Hot Honey Original from Halifax Honey Co., and I’m loving it! It’s sweet with just the right amount of heat, thanks to the wildflower honey and pickled chilies. I first drizzled it over avocado toast with cottage cheese and wow it instantly made it so much better! Then I tried it with Greek yogurt and blueberries, and it added such a fun kick to a simple snack. It’s versatile and works with sweet or savory dishes. I also love that it’s made with just two ingredients and doesn’t overpower your food. Plus, no need to store it in the fridge, so convenient! If you’re into sweet and spicy combos, this is definitely worth adding to your pantry. It’s great on everything from toast to snacks and even desserts.

Great on just about anything

This stuff is great. Nice balance of sweet and heat. Been drizzling it on everything lately. Would recommend it on chicken and pizza. Going to get some more for Christmas gifts.

sweet heat

At first when I just tried it on its own, it definitely had a bit of a sting to it - but then I tried it on my egg bagel breakfast and it was so good! ( It would be better with avocado!! - but mine wasn’t ripe! 🥑 ) Made locally from the Nova Scotia wildflower honey, infused with pickled chilies give you that perfect mix of sweet and heat! It’s the perfect stocking stuffer for anyone on your list!!

We will be trying this on wings and pizza during the holidays!!

They rate it as 2/5 on the heat scale and I’d say that it’s pretty accurate! My husband will definitely be trying out the Stingin’ HOTTER honey!! ( and they also have regular honey for those who don’t like any heat!! 😉 )

Great honey, need a hotter one

Tried the original edition hot honey. Its a beautiful honey. I made candied bacon with it. So delicious and a little goes a long way for sweetness. I do wish it was a little hotter. I found it a little tame. I guess i'll need to try the hotter editions.

Flavor, spice and everything nice!

Great tasting, flavorful, sweet & spicy profile. Tried the original and it is hot but not overpowering. Perfect glaze for my salmon bites and fried chicken, that even my family tried and loved

Subtle hint of hot but delicious!

I've been using this on everything! From eggs to salmon. Sometimes I add it to the recipe, other times I drizzle it on my food. It's not as spicy as one would think. I would have liked it a bit more spicy but for what it's worth, loved it!

Halifax Hot Honey

I tried the Stingin Hot Honey from @thehalifaxhoneycompany. It really pairs well with my chicken chowmein. Added a some sweetness and a kick to this dish.

Thanks @butterly for helping me elevate my meal. I think this will be one of my favs for wings too.
