The perfect amount of heat!!

We tried the Halifax Hot Honey over our beef and sweet potato bowls and it was SO good! I wasn't sure how much heat to expect, but it ended up being the perfect balance for me of sweetness then a little kick. Super tasty without being overpowering! It added so much flavour and paired well with the sweet potatoes. Going to try on chicken next!

I didn’t know what to expect trying a hot honey product! I love hot and I love honey, never had I had the two flavours mixed together. I was surprised and delighted by the flavour profile. Definitely would love to have again!

I really enjoyed this product! i have tried a few hot honey sauces and found this to be one of the best. it has a really nice consistency that makes it easy to use on a variety of dishes. My favourite was to use this was on some fresh pizza as it allowed for a hint of sweetness with the kick of heat. I find this hot honey to have that sweetness hit your mouth first and then there is a nice heat that comes in after a little while. The heat isnt overbearing and still allows for the flavour of the product to shine.

Sweet Honey 'o mine!

OK from the start I am a hot sauce expert I put hot sauce on everything. One of the things though, is that hot sauce doesn't have to necessarily mean burn your mouth hot. The Halifax Stingin’ Hot honey is NOT overly spicy and that's a great thing. It brings out a sweetness and a flavor especially in meat. I tried it on pork ribs, lamb chops and I even drizzled it on my scrambled eggs. The same outcome. It was tasty and brought out flavor. The chillies were not overpowering and that was the best thing about it. I don't want a hot sauce that takes away the flavor. OK yeah this…I even put it in my tea! The best thing? Yeah, it was really tasty…

The perfect combination!

Aged cheddar + tomato + smoked sea salt + Halifax Hot Honey is a killer combination. The sweet heat takes this to another level. It elevated everything you put it on and the options are endless. Pizza, wings, cheese, salads...it works with everything. I don't find it that spicy. The heat is perfect!

This is the BEST hot honey I have ever tried! Even my husband who doesn’t like hot honey has been adding this to his meals!
