I have very long thick hair, I shampoo and condition everyday, my hair is normal but when I buy hair products I trend towards more moisturizing products just to keep my hair healthy. I air dry and very rarely use heat style my hair so it's pretty healthy as is.

This shampoo smells a bit like bananas? Trying it out in the shower I found that it lathered well but while rinsing it out I felt that the shampoo left a coating (similar to conditioner) type feeling but my scalp still felt clean and not greasy. I did like that my hair wasn't as tangly before I applied the mask. I've only used this shampoo in conjunction with the mask so I'm not sure how it performs by itself.

I was a bit worried that my roots might be flat since it was so moisturizing but it wasn't so I was quite pleased.

Overall I was pretty happy with the product but I do find the retail price pretty steep, I feel that the quality of my hair is more dependent on conditioner rather then the shampoo. It's a good moisturizing shampoo but I didn't find it all that special and for the price I feel you could find something similar but cheaper. I would still recommend it though.

I have frizzy dry curly/wavy hair. After using L'oreal Intense repair shampoo my hair is soft and shiny and still holds my curls the whole day. Other moisturizing shampoos feel like they coat my hair with oils and whatnot to make it feel soft but after using L'oreal Intense repair shampoo it feels like my hair itself has become soft and isn't just coated to disguise itself as soft.

I don't completely hate this product. At first I find that it leaves my hair craving moisture and is hard to spread throughout my hair. However, I do feel that my hair is softer, smoother, and shinier than normal. The only problem is that I am unsure if this can be attributed to the shampoo or associated repair masque. I must also mention that the reverse side of the label is horribly hard to read.

I was lucky to be selected to try this shapoo and the matching hair mask (conditioner).
since the only thing I have used from L'oreal was the foam hair dyes, and it failed on me twice before (not sure if I picked the wrong color shades, both time not working), I wasn't having a big expectation for this product. HOWEVER, I could not believe how smooth my hair became as soon as i washed off the shapoo. I have very dry and hard/tough hair, and usually I either do nothing about it or if i have to smooth it out, i need to have the expensive Redken Smooth Down set (usually over $70). I kept trying these products and want to rule out any bias due to it is a free trail. However, I felt that this set of drug store products impressed me!!! and it has the same effectiveness and cost way less than the previous salon brand. I am very happy to find an alternative to have smooth and silky hair without cost an arm and a leg!

When I first received it, the first thing I noticed was the smell.. It was really fresh and sweet smelling. However, after washing my hair with this product the smell didn't really stay in my hair, but that's pretty much the only downside.

Most times when I use shampoo, my hair feels really sticky and dry. However, after using this shampoo it felt completely different. It wasn't tangled, and it definitely wasn't dry- something which most shampoos leave my hair feeling like. I knew this was going to work wonders on my hair since it felt soft and silky before I had even applied the conditioner!

Overall, I would definitely recommend this product. However, I probably wont be buying this again since it is quite expensive. I wish there were more affordable products like this since it works wonders on my hair!

Now on to the review...
When I first got the product I opened it up right away and smelled it.. it smells soo amazing. I love when a really good product smells good! Overall I have seen a difference in the way my hair feels and it is a lot softer then before. I would probably buy the the hair mask for my hair so I can use it once every week. I like to mix up my products all the time. Also, when brushing out my hair.. I found that it was a lot better since I get a lot of tangles because my hair is so fine and very blonde. I always have to treat my hair like a baby! haha
I would def recommend this product to people.. but as I said.. I'm the type of person that I like to try new products all the time and switch it up!

I was really excited to have been chosen to test out this shampoo, especially since my hair got really dry from my last coloring. I tried the shampoo on it's own first.

I thought it looked creamy and rich and at first I thought the smell was quite pleasant. It felt really nice in my hair, but I found I liked the smell less and less. I don't know what it was, but I can only describe it as artificial. It certainly wasn't enough to make me stop using it, just not as pleasant as it seemed at first. I can't really comment about color wash out because I used a different brand of dye and it had been washing out a lot already.(it didn't really bother me though, because i want it to wash out anyway)

Even while I was showering my hair felt better, smoother. I was pleasantly surprised when I combed my hair, I didn't even need to use a detangling spray! I dried and flat ironed it and my hair felt and looked so much better than before. It was shinier and felt smoother and I can only assume it will keep getting better the more I use it. The 'artificial" smell of it also went back to the pleasant smell when it was all dry.

I thought it worked really well and I really liked using it. I can overlook the smell as the results are well worth it. I think it's a bit pricey for me, but if I could afford it I would definitely buy it again as well as recommend it to anyone who needs help with dry hair.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Decent sized product. When I first used this, the first thing that I noticed was the smell. I honestly don't like the smell. The first thing that it reminded me of was plastic. It's not a strong overpowering smell, it's just not a smell that I particularily enjoyed. I did notice that my hair was moisturized when using this product. I have thin, frizzy hair, and this did end up moisturizing it. The one thing is that I didn't notice that it moisturized any more than my regular moisturizing shampoo. I still have a few fly-a-ways, but all in all, it made my hair feel smooth.

OVERALL

I was able to recieve these products for free from Chick Advisor, so I'm not too sure the price, but if it were any more than my regular shampoo, I don't think I would go for it. It was just an average shampoo for me.

I've just received this product and...oh my...that's all i have to say.

I struggle a lot with dry, knotted hair .I will wash my hair and condition them and will have all the trouble in the world to detangle them.

I've tried this shampoo twice now and i really love it. The scent is not overpowering. I just used a little.

I noticed a big difference. (the first time i used the shampoo without the masque that i received) so i could really test the shampoo itself.
I know this is usually a little on the expensive side buy i will definitely buy it

it makes your hair very shiny and smooth which is just what i look for in a shampoo
