I hopped on the Katy Perry bandwagon when her OPI nail collection came out - I love her to bits. And this polish looks so good whenever it is shown in an ad. But it's impossible to recreate the same effect - I watched a ton of youtube videos and nothing helped. I think it is definitely a scam - especially considering how expensive it is.
