As a person who loves to eat bread and hates wheat bread, I was a skeptic about these sandwish thins. But they are really good and you won't feel any guilt afterwards. I have tried them as toast with peanut butter and bananas (yum) and as part of a BBQ sandwich. They do not hold up very well with BBQ. The bread became soggy and it was not very tasty. Maybe if I had toasted it first, it would have had more support. It is a great bread for a cold or toasted sandwich. There is just enough there to be satisfied.
