It works good as nonstick oil

The Pam nonstick oil works great when i sprayed it on our pan either for cooking or baking. it doesn't stick at all. i just like how the spray oil and it amazed me how the oil bottle last longer, just probably depends of how much you used it. i would buy this product again and again.

J'adore ce produits. Grâce à cela, je n'est pratiquement rien qui colle lors de la cuisson. De plus, sa ne laisse pas la nourriture graisseuse et ça se lave très bien !!!

I love using this product nothing ever sticks to the pans. I can make a cake and it comes out of the pan so easily making it so much easier to ice the cake.

A BBQ STAPLE

This cooking spray was exactly the same price as regular PAM cooking spray. I was very curious to see why it was made specifically for bbq grilling. I alternated regular PAM, and the high temperature grilling spray to see if there was a huge difference. The can is now finished after about one month of regular use (2-3 times per week). I honestly did not notice much of a difference. The high temperature PAM might have preformed slightly better. For the same cost, I would use it for the bbq. I had to see for myself what the difference was. I would try it for yourself.
