Good iron supplement
Here’s a smoother, more natural version:
I received this product for free to review, but all opinions are my own. It’s a convenient way to help boost your baby’s iron intake. I haven’t given it on its own—instead, I mix it into his food. That said, the iron taste is quite strong and can overpower the flavor, so I prefer to give it in smaller amounts throughout the day, which works for my baby.
Good quality
The packaging and dropper are easy to use, which makes giving the supplement simple. I appreciate that it is designed specifically for babies and toddlers. However, my son does not seem to like the taste very much. Every time I give it to him, he makes a face and clearly shows that the flavor isn’t his favorite. Even so, I still continue using it because iron is important for his development. I usually mix it with a little food or drink to make it easier for him to take. That trick helps a bit, although he still notices the taste. Despite this small issue, the product seems well made and reliable. I also like that the dosage instructions are clear and easy to follow. Overall, even though my son doesn’t love the taste, we will keep using it for its health benefits.
Help add more to your childs diet
This product was easy to use. My kid liked the flavour i wish there was other options for flavours. I feel like she is more alert. Its a great source to top her up on her iron.
Easy to use and fun for toddlers
The PediaFer iron supplement was so much easier to use than other drop supplements, thanks to the dropper and its thin water-like consistency. I usually put it directly to my toddler' mouth after breakfast. She wasn't a big fan of the lemon flavour at first - partly because she hasn't tried lemon before, but with time she got used to it and found it really enjoyable. Now she tries to take the dropper of of my hand and drink it herself :) It has become a part of our morning routine. When we first started using it, her stool turned dark, almost like black. That is normal, nothing to worry about. She also had some constipation issues and we had to see a doctor for it, but with some diet changes I think we are doing better than we first started. Apart from this side effect, me and my toddler both enjoyed using this product.
Good.
After a few weeks of using it with my two-year-old daughter, I noticed she had more energy and a healthier complexion. It didn't cause her any stomach upset or discomfort, which is essential for me.
In our experience, it worked and gave me confidence to use a supplement designed for children.
Easy dosing and peace of mind
Very easy to dose and administer to my daughter. The only drawback it seemed to be was the taste. It also made her more constipated so we had to ensure her water intake was increased.
Pedia iron is the only one fir you
It was incredibly easy to administer pedia iron to my child one super quick squirt and it's done the super easiest way for your child to feel better and play!
Very sour taste for baby
I don’t know why they made it so sour for a baby it’s right away my baby took it out then I gave it to my older kid she almost gaged and I tried it too it’s not very pleasant taste
Infant items to the rescue!!!
I received PediaFer™ Iron Supplement free to try for a baby aged 2 years, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. When it comes to anything for babies, you’re extra cautious — and this product felt safe, gentle, and thoughtfully made.
The liquid is easy to give and didn’t cause any noticeable stomach upset, which is always a concern with iron supplements. It blended smoothly into our routine without turning into a daily struggle, and knowing it’s designed specifically for little ones gave real peace of mind.
I noticed a positive difference over time, and it didn’t come with the usual hassles people worry about when it comes to iron — no major fussing, no obvious discomfort. The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is that dosing can still be a bit messy with babies, but that’s more about the age than the product itself.
Overall, this is a solid, reliable option for parents who need an iron supplement they can trust. I’d absolutely recommend it to other families looking for something effective yet gentle.
