Quaker Instant Oatmeal is so handy to have on hand! I like to take them for a quick breakfast. What I love about them is that they are really yummy and they fill you up very quickly so your stomach isn't grumbling throughout the day.

They come in small packets which are easy to carry. Quaker Instant Oatmeal is so delicious and keeps you full for a long time. This is staple breakfast in my family. We prefer to make it in mild and add some food to add crunch.

I like this because it makes having oatmeal convenient. However, this does contain quite a bit of sugar... It would be healthier to make oatmeal from oats. But, I do like the different flavours of Quaker's Instant Oatmeal
