This is one of the first primers I have used, and I love it! It makes my skin feel smooth and perfect before applying any makeup! Makes it a great canvas. Since I've started using this I've enjoyed doing my makeup much more!

Works wonderfully!
Minimizes pores. Smooths the overall skin surface. Moisturizes nicely. Definitely helps foundation stay looking fresh. Helps cut down on the amount of foundation needed.
I feel like it makes my face look brighter and more refreshed. And my face is so silky smooth after application. Also love that it doesn't feel oily like some primers can.

Just to be aware...this product contains SOY, so if you have an extreme soy allergy it may not be for you. On that note, I can use it even though the same ingredient in my hair conditioner puts me into anaphylaxis, so I don't know. Lol. Just be aware ☺

One of the best drug store primers I have tried

This primer goes on smooth and not greasy. It doesn't have a chemical smell like others I've tried. It does a nice job of concealing fine under eye lines

I was on the search for a cheap primer to try since i was just getting more in to wearing make-up. This was the cheapest at Shoppers Drugmart. This primer mattifies and smooth out my skin. It also provides a smooth canvas for my foundation and makes my face glow. On hot days when i wore it alone i notice that it brightening my face but on cooler days worn alone it made my face look dull. Its a small tube but a little dose the trick.

Stay all day and make the foundation look great , the constency is feel like cream and smooths all the pores

This primer is great. A little goes a long way and it provides a great smooth canvas for foundation application. It makes my makeup last all day. Great price as well, as you can usually find it on sale.

Love the Rimmel product as it is a value price but works just a well as any department store primers I have used

Rimmel's Fix & Perfect Primer is different then all the other primers I've used. I used to use Smashbox, that cost me almost $50 and I thought it was the best primer I've tried. Not anymore, Rimmel's is my favorite now. First off, the color is a light peach but it completely fades away when you apply it. It also doesn't have that silky feeling to it, it feels like any liquid foundation. The main reason why I love this so much is bc after applying it my skin looks so much smoother and it evens out my skin. On good skin days, I've left the house with just this primer and a little bronzer and I never do that. Just like other primers it helps the foundation to stay on longer and I personally feel like my foundation looks better after using Rimmels primer compared to others. Every other primer; Smashbox, MAC, Hard Candy, etc all do the same the thing (not saying there horrible) but they dont hide my pores or hide imperfections like Rimmel's Fix & Perfect does. I would recommend this product to anyone and you can't beat the price.

there are really alot of mixed reviews out there about the product. i hear many complain about the strong scent, which to me seems pretty good! i love the fresh scent and the peachy color that blends easily to any skin tone. helping the foundation cover imperfections alot better. I would definitely recommend this to people. i have visible pores, am prone to breakouts often, and have oily skin! the primer helped me minimize the look of my pores and the make up glide on smoothly not to mention how much longer the makeup lasted! Oily skin and make up don't mix well and this was an added benefit. i absolutely love it and would not change it!

Primers are normaly very, VERY pricey but for under 8 dollars who can complain. It makes your foundation or pressed powder slide on smooth and stay that way all day long. The only thing i could see some people haveing a problem with is the scent. when you open it and go to apply it, it has a very strong perfumey scent, but as soon as you apply it to your face it fades a goes away so it doesnt really bother me. i really recoment this product for those who arnt bothered by stong scents.
