Add a little spice to your tuna snack

This is the perfect solution for a lunch that can be made in under 30 seconds. Just crack open a can and place it on lettuce, add some olive oil and red wine vinegar...Boom! Satisfying. Healthy. And sooo tasty.

There is a hint of spice, but if you are like me, you will want to add more.

I also liked the feature of being able to track where and how the tuna was caught. This should be mandatory.

Great easy lunch

Tastes good

Enjoyed this Rio tin! Brought it to work and it was the perfect lunch to get me through the day. Enjoyed the flavour combination and I believe Rio is a better quality fish when it comes to canned products.

Bolder than the other flavours

You know when the sun is out, you are working in the yard or doing something else, time flies by, and before you even know it, it is already lunch time and you forgot to plan something? Well, this is not happening again since I first tried Rio Mare Insalatissime!

These are ready to eat light tuna salads, and they are available in a few different varieties. I have tried a few so far over the years, and they have all been really good. Not only do they taste good, but they also contain a lot of proteins and nutritious ingredients, which makes them a much better option than reaching for chips or fast food when you suddenly realize you are hungry, and you have not much time ahead. They are also super convenient because they are ready to eat as they are. No need to put them in a bowl or prepare anything. I can just throw one in my work bag or purse and always have something quick on hand. I love that I do not have to compromise on taste, quality, or nutrition.

I also tried the Mexican Style light tuna salad, and this one was really good too! It is a little spicy, with a blend of Mexican style spices for a bolder flavor. Even with the spices, you can still taste the tuna, veggies, and beans, and everything goes well together. It reminds me a bit of a variant of a fish taco.

Taste yummy but missing something

Mexican style

The salads are great for on the go. You don't need to add any seasoning as it's flavours are great already. The packaging is very cute too! Doesn't have the fishy smell.
