So natural

I loved this product. The scent is subtle and pleasant, not overwhelming like many other brands. I feel clean and refreshed all day long!

Why the grit?

I really wanted to like this product that I received from @Chickadvisor. It's cruelty free which is a requirement for me. All good ingredients too. It had a great smell when I first put it on but then it didn't smell good after. What I don't understand is why it's gritty? It's uncomfortable to apply. I will stick it out a bit longer but I don't think I will purchase this product.

Best natural deodorant

I love this deodorant, it's seriously the only natural deodorant that has performed as it should in my experience. A con of it is that since the formula works with your body heat, it can get messy on the stick itself and leave a residue around the top. I just need to wipe up the edges with a tissue, so the pros of the way the formula feels and how it works, outweigh this. Definitely buying again !

Loved it!

I love all things natural and this definitely is it. Free of aluminum. I would definitely purchase it again, chat wait to try jasmine tea next!

Love the scent

Love the soft rose and vanilla scent, works great as a natural deodorant but I would need to reapply if wearing it outside the house. Nevertheless, the lovely scent is really pleasant and I'm planning on buying a full size version.

Sweet smells

I love the smell of this deoterant. I found it lasted all day and even though I sweat a lot there was never any B.O. I would definitely purchase this and will definitely check out other scents.

Not good for sensitive skin.

I was really excited to try this product. It smells great and its aluminum free. It's too harsh for sensitive skin, it's not smooth application and after using only a few days my skin started getting rashes. It's not for sensitive skin, I had to stop using it.

Works great!

I've tried quite a few deodorants over the years and have become more and more concerned about the chemicals that some of them contain, especially aluminum. That's why I was so glad to have received a sample of the Schmidt's Rose + Vanilla natural deodorant from ChickAdvisor.

It's not only free of aluminum but also of propylene glycol, parabens, phthalates, and artificial fragrances. This particular scent is a sweet floral, which lasts quite a long time considering it comes from essential oils. The color is not your typical white but a light brown shade and the texture is somewhat grainy, most possibly due to the baking soda that's in it. If you don't know, baking soda is effective at absorbing and trapping odors.

I'm glad to say I was really impressed with how well it worked at preventing odor and my underarm skin felt moisturized after the very first use. The fragrance lasted for hours and although the texture is grainy, it didn't cause any discomfort or irritation. Most importantly, I had the peace of mind that I was only putting natural and beneficial ingredients on my skin! I'll definitely consider purchasing a full-sized product once I finish this sample!!

Great scent

Got the free sample and tried it for the last few days and it has worked wonders, especially since I run a lot. It has a nice after feel to it; not sticky and the rose + vanilla scent is a lovely combination.

Love the scent.

I tried it and I have to say I loved the scent but the texture messed with my head. I will continue to use it. This is my first experience with an natural deodorant and I am impressed. The scent stayed with me all day. It wasn't overpowering at all. I think if they have lavender I will give that a try. Kept me nice and dry too.
